A car that is admired by many, the RX-7, built by Mazda from 1978 until 2002 across three generations, with this car being a third-generation example (chassis code FD3S for Japan and JM1FD for North America). We are offering this fantastic 1993 Mazda RX-7 Touring for sale with just 41,600 miles on the odometer! Powered by a 1308 cc 13B-REW twin-turbo twin-rotor engine, this RX-7 is also equipped with ‘Touring Package’ which includes the glass moonroof, fog lights, leather seats, a rear window wiper as well as a Bose Acoustic Wave music system with CD player. Beyond 1995, the Touring Package became known as the PEP (popular equipment package), making this quite a rare car. This example being offered for sale is equipped with the 5-speed manual transmission.In total, a little less than around 10,000 RX-7 cars were built in 1993, with only around 1,700 Touring examples being finished in ‘Vintage Red’ like this car shown here. This is believed to be the 107th US-Market RX-7 as denoted by the chassis number ending in 107.
