Here’s a unique concept. This is the 2002 Dodge Razor Concept, a one-off that was actually named after the American company that manufactures the popular kick scooter commonly known as the ‘Razor’, Razor USA LLC. The car was built as a collaborative project between both Razor and Dodge and was presented for the first ever time during the the 2002 North American International Auto Show. The Razor is truly a unique machine, and it’s safe to say that no other car ever again will come equipped with a set of Razor scooters which are packaged inside the cabin, along with some essential tools that could be used to either repair your car, or your kick scooter if needed. Other than the odd features and unique styling, the Razor was a one-of-a-kind two-seat coupe, that featured unique design and performance-oriented elements such as a four-point seat belt harness, a turbocharged, inter-cooler 250 horsepower, 2.4-liter DOHC 4 (claimed), and much more! The car was constructed by a joint effort between two Chrysler Group design studios, one located in California, and the other in Michigan, and the exterior design styling was handled by stylists Akino Tsuchiya and Kevin Verduyn, while the interior was completed by designers Chris Schuttera and John Sodano. Certainly a unique concept car overall and one that would be interesting to take a closer look at in person! What do you think of the Dodge Razor?
