This is something you don’t come across often at all, an absolutely stunning 1994 Lancia Delta Integrale Evo 2 (Evoluzione II), finished in ‘Lord Blue’ with Beige cloth seats and Tan carpeting, shown here at @autosportdesigns. This model was first ever presented in 1993 as an enhanced version of the already existing Delta EVO, now featuring an updated engine with more power. Approximately 2500 total EVO 2’s were produced by Lancia for the 1993 and 1994 model years, and each featured newly distinctive exterior elements such as new hood vents, a new adjustable rear spoiler, a rear wiper, fog lights, and much more. Powering this automobile is a turbocharged 2.0-Liter inline 4 cylinder engine, which is complimented by a 5-speed manual transmission. The Lancia Delta Integrale Evo 2 is best known for being most successful rally cars ever, as the four generations of the Delta mode successfully won 46 world championships, and still to this day retain their world record for that era. The interior of this unbelievable machine is heavily race-inspired, decked out with features such as RECARO Sport seats in Beige Alcantara with perforated inserts and embossed HF logos in the headrests, matching rear seats, a MOMO steering wheel, and much more. The 215 hp 4-cylinder engine allows for a 0-60mph time of just about 5.7 seconds and a top speed of approximately 137 mph. The first generation of the Delta model debuted during the 1979 Frankfurt Motor Show, and was designed by famous automotive stylist, Giorgetto Giugiaro, who is best known for his design work on cars such as the DMC Delorean, and the BMW M1. A truly rare, and interesting automobile overall! Follow @autosportdesigns to learn more!
