This car shown here is an absolutely unbelievable 2014 Porsche 918 Spyder finished in a beautiful black exterior paint color color over black leather interior with Acid Green accents. This example of the Porsche 918 Spyder is the 297th car out of just 918 total examples built for the entire planet. The 918 is powered by a 4.6 L (4,593 cc) Porsche MR6 V8 paired with two electric motors that make for a combined 875hp. The model was first ever shown as a concept at the 80th Geneva Motor Show in March 2010, followed by a production version being shown in 2013 at Frankfurt after being designed by German automobile designer, Michael Mauer, who currently serves as Chief Designer at Porsche. The 918 was constructed upon a carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer monocoque chassis and only 918 total units were produced for the world, with only approximately 300 total delivered to the United States. The Porsche 918 is reported to have a top speed of around 220mph with a 0-60mph in under 2.5 seconds! This allowed the Porsche 918 to become the first street-legal production car to break the 7-second barrier in the world. Notably, in September of 2013, a Porsche 918 fitted with the optional 'Weissach Package' managed to set a Nürburgring lap time of 6:57!
