The 1993 Porsche 911 (964) RS America Brumos 20th Anniversary Edition
This is the one-off 1993 Porsche 911 RS America Brumos 20th Anniversary Edition. In the 1950s, Brundage Motors Inc. was founded by Hubert Brundage, who played a pivotal role in introducing the Volkswagen and Porsche brands to America alongside friend and investor, Glenn H. Curtiss II. By 1954 the company had seven dealers and were already having success. The Brumos (BRUndage MOtorS) Porsche Car Corporation was set up as a Porsche retailer and distributor in 1959, and by the year 1964, the empire would expand to work with 60 VW dealers and 38 Porsche dealers. After Brundage’s unfortunate passing in 1964, much of the business handled by Southern California Porsche distributor, Johnny Von Neumann. The dealership portion of Brumos was later acquired by American race car driver, Peter Gregg. Gregg was active during the prime of the Trans-Am Series and a four-time winner of the 24 Hours of Daytona from 1973-1978. During this time, Gregg and American race car driver Hurley Haywood popularized the red, white and blue livery. Gregg remained in-charge of the Brumos dealership operations from 1966 until 1980, and Von Neumann retained the distributorship sector until 1969. In 1980, when Gregg passed away, his wife Deborah continued the business, and Dan Davis (Winn-Dixie Davis family) took over the dealership in 1990. Sports car racing guru Bob Snodgras was brought in to serve as President and CEO of Brumos Racing. In 2007, Davis took over full control of Brumos. The racing program came to an end in 2013, and the dealer followed in 2015. Davis keeps the Brumos name alive today with @thebrumoscollection museum. This car was built by Brumos in 1993 as a 20th anniversary tribute of their overall win at Daytona in 1973 and 20 years of the Carrera RS model. This is the world’s only 964 customer car built by Brumos, and their last ever air-cooled special. This car was originally constructed in 06/1992 as a standard RS America, and Brumos enhanced it with a Cup Car exhaust system, a ducktail wing, the removal of some components (AC, radio, heat, rear seats), an RSR engine and transmission, plus the iconic livery.
2012 Porsche Boxster Spyder
This is a 2012 Porsche Boxster Spyder (987), one of just around 1,900 examples built of its kind from 2011 until 2012. This is 1 of approximately 750 total examples which made it to the United States, and 1 of just around 142 total US cars built in 2012. After making its initial debut during the Los Angeles Motor Show in the year 2009, Porsche revealed that they would be creating the lightest ever model throughout the entire range of Porsche vehicles available at the time. This light mid-engined roadster weighs in at just around 2,811lbs, and perhaps the easiest way to distinguish this car from pretty much any other Porsche on the road, is the 13-pound manually-operated canvas top. This roof, which is clearly not what you would expect to see on a Boxster model, is very much different from a conventional convertible-top mechanism, and yet, the top can be fully concealed in harsh weather conditions. The roof allows for an open-air driving sensation, which is emphasized by the way of a 3.4-litre six-cylinder engine with a power output of around 320bhp. The Boxster family as a whole harkens back to the 1953 550 Spyder, also known as the first sports car from Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen which had been developed for racing but also homologated for road-use. This particular Boxster Spyder, 745180, is finished in a color known as ‘Carrara White’ over a black leather interior with a body-color painted center console. Some of the options on this particular example include the Sound Package Plus, Automatic Climate Control, RS-style door pulls, red seatbelts, 19” lightweight wheels with Yokohama Advan Apex V601 tires, roll bars, bi-xenon headlights and much, much more! Also worth mentioning, this extremely low-mileage example is absolutely spectacular condition both inside and out!
2007 Porsche 911 Turbo
This car shown here is a wonderful 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo! This example is finished in a color known as ‘Slate Grey Metallic’ over a black leather interior with red deviated stitching, and is equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission. This Turbo was regularly maintained at an authorized Porsche dealer. Some of the options featured on this 911 include heated front seats, axle-differential lock rear, remote CD changer (6 disc), painted front air intakes, the thicker steering wheel and many more desirable options. The ‘997’ Turbo shown here is considered part of the 997 internal designation for all Porsche 911 models manufactured and sold from 2004 until 2013, with the updated version being announced in 2008 for the 2009 model year during Paris Auto Show. This Turbo can travel from 0-60mph in just about 3.5 seconds and achieve top speeds of approximately 196mph. This 911 Turbo shown here is internally considered a 997.1 (2007-2009) model and is of course the turbocharged 911 variant of this generation. The 2007 911 Turbo is powered by a 3.6L twin-turbocharged H6 engine, which is the same engine as the one found in the previous 996 Turbo model, however for the 997.1 model, modifications were made to have the engine produce a total power output of 473 hp. This car is said to be 1 of just 15,626 total 997.1 Turbos Coupe examples produced (1 of 5482 for US)!
2012 Audi R8 Spyder
This fantastic 2012 Audi R8 5.2 Quattro Spyder is the perfect mid-engined two-seater sports car that is both easy to drive, and thrilling to encounter every time you get behind the wheel! This R8 is finished in a beautiful ‘Daytona Grey Pearl’ with a black interior! Driven just 22,600 miles from new at the time of photographing, this low-mileage example comes standard with all-wheel drive, 19’ wheels, xenon headlights, leather/Alcantara seats, a Bluetooth seatbelt microphone as well as a magnetic ride system. Other options include navigation, a back-up camera, and a premium sound system by Bang & Olufsen. If you’re looking for meticulously maintained sports car that is simply pure fun and is loaded with technology and convenience, the R8 Spyder might be the one for you. The world first ever got a glimpse at the R8 model as the Audi LeMans Quattro concept car at the 2003 Frankfurt Motor Show. This R8 is considered to be a part of the Type 42-generation of the R8, the very first generation, built from June 2006 until August 2015. This generation of the R8 was constructed on the Lamborghini Gallardo platform and shares its chassis and for this particular car shown here, the 5.2 L FSI DOHC V10 engine as well. The model was designed by Italian car designer and former head of Volkswagen Group Design, Walter de Silva alongside efforts made by Audi exterior designer Frank Lamberty.

2010 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet
This example shown here, which is was being offered for sale at the time of photographing is a beautiful 997.2-generation 2010 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet! This example is truly stunning both inside and out, and showed just 30,811 miles on the odometer when photographed. This black on black, 6-speed manual 911 Turbo Cab comes with a clean, no accident or damage Carfax history report, and has been meticulously maintained over the years. It’s worth noting that if you’re looking for a rare Porsche, it’s safe to consider this car as the one for you, due to the fact that only approximately 1,075 total 911 Turbo Cabriolet examples were built for the 2010 model year. The ‘997’ Turbo shown here is considered part of the 997 internal designation for all Porsche 911 models manufactured and sold from 2004 until 2013. An updated version (997.2) was announced in 2008 for the 2009 model year during Paris Auto Show. Some of the enhancements the enhanced 997.2 received included a Redesigned Porsche Sports Exhaust (PSE), Enlarged exterior mirrors, Headlamps with LED daytime running lights and newly optional dual HID projectors, and much more. The 997.2 Turbo is capable of a 0-60mph time of around 3.5 seconds with a top speed of approximately 194mph, all thanks to it’s 3.8 L twin-turbocharged Flat-6 with dry sump that produces just about 493bhp.
1998 Ferrari F355 GTS
This car shown here is a beautiful 1998 Ferrari F355 GTS (09652) finished in ‘Giallo Modena’ with a ‘Nero’ interior. The Ferrari F355 (Type F129) was developed by Italian luxury sports car manufacturer, Ferrari, and in total, just 11,273 total units from 1994 until 1999. This production spanned across multiple variants including the F355 Berlinetta (4,871 units), the F355 Spider (3,717 units), the F355 GTS (2,577 units), the F355 Challenge (108 units), which accounted for a total of 11,273. In addition to this, there was also the Limited Edition Fiorano (104 units). The F355 was designed by Italian car design firm and coachbuilder, Pininfarina, and is powered by an impressive 3.5-litre 5V F129 B/C V8 engine that produces around 375hp at 8,250rpm. The Spider variant, and the targa-top GTS (shown here) were introduced for the 1995 model year. The engine for the F355 model was designed by Paolo Martinelli, and the transmission issues that plagued earlier Ferrari models was seemingly absent on the F355, with the introduction of a newly developed 6-speed manual transmission, and a Formula One-style electrohydraulic-operated automated manual 6-speed paddle-shift transmission (cars with this transmission are called the F355 F1). The body styling is credited to Maurizio Corbi for Italian design house, Pininfarina. The name, ‘F355’ is derived from the car’s 3.5L engine capacity, and 5 valves per cylinder. With just 20,025 on the odometer at the time of photographing, this car comes with near perfect history, and has been well-maintained throughout the course of it’s life. A total of 2,577 GTS models were built, with around 2,048 of those being delivered with the 6-speed manual transmission and another 529 with the F1 transmission.
2016 Porsche 911 GTS Club Coupe
We had the pleasure of photographing this extremely rare, and very special Porsche 911 model, the 2016 Porsche 911 GTS Club Coupe! This hard-to-find model was created by Porsche to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Porsche Club of America, and as a result, just 60 total examples were produced for the entire world. Of that 60, only 23 were built with a manual transmission, and only 11 have the sunroof deleted, this car features both the manual and the loss of the sunroof. The 911 GTS Club Coupe features a number of changes from the standard GTS model such as 20" alloy wheels, SportDesign bodywork, special ‘Club Blau’ exterior paint, and a wonderful ‘duck tail’ wing. The interior is also decked out with specialty touches such as Club Coupe-specific dashboard trim, door sills, and center console lid, plus loads of carbon fiber elements everywhere you look, making for an impressive and attractive build overall. The Club Coupe was only available new to Porsche Club of America members, and it was originally sold by Porsche for $137,055, including a destination charge of $995. The Club Coupe features an enhanced variation of the Carrera S engine, which is also found in the 911 Carrera GTS model variants, a 3.8-liter six-cylinder engine with 430 hp. Other options worth noting on the Club Coupe include a Sport Exhaust system with black tips, the GTS interior package, Bi-Xenon headlights, and an awesome badge on the dashboard trim that reads ‘GTS Club Coupe 60 Years Porsche Club of America’. Truly a special car to behold, and safe to say you won’t see many others like it out in the wild.
1963/1965 Ford Mustang III ‘Shorty’ Prototype pilot car
This is the ultra-rare 1963/1965 Ford Mustang III ‘Shorty’ Prototype pilot car (009), the oldest known road-registered Mustang in the world. The Mustang was first pioneered in 1962 by American automobile executive, Lee Iacocca, and the Fairlane Group, a team of Ford managers. Older Mustang cars exist, such as the 1962 Mustang I roadster (Henry Ford Museum), the first ever prototype which debuted at Watkins Glen in 1962, built by race car shop Troutman & Barnes. The Mustang II concept (Detroit Historical Society), built by Dearborn Steel Tubing (DST) made it’s introduction at Watkins Glen in 1963. These cars however, are not registered for road use. This prototype Mustang is the 9th of approximately 15 pilot cars total built in Allen Park. The pilot cars were designed to diagnose any issues with the assembly process. The pilot cars were followed up by 180-200 pre-production cars used for promotional use and experimental purposes. Mass production for the Mustang came in March of 1964 and the Mustang became one of the most successful vehicle launches of all time. Pilot car 009 started life as a convertible in 1963 before being sent to DST in 1964 to receive the two-seat fastback styling from free-lancer Vince Gardner. After being completed and toured around the country, Gardner is said to have stolen the vehicle, saving it from the scrapyard. This ultimately led 009 to become the property of Aetna Life & Casualty after a settlement was made for the loss, only to be discovered by police afterwards. Gardner was not charged, and the car was purchased by an executive at Aetna who then sold it to another owner who kept the car for close to 50 years. The car was restored in 2011, in time for the 2013 Amelia Concours, and was acquired by the current owner, Howard Kroplick in 2015. We’d like to thank Howard for allowing us to spend some time with this fine piece of history!
2004 Pagani Zonda C12-S Monza
The Pagani Zonda was first introduced by Horacio Pagani at the 1999 Geneva Motor Show & since then, Pagani Automobili S.p.A. has continued to build a number of Zonda examples & variants. Any Pagani that leaves the factory in San Cesario sul Panaro, Italy is special, but this car in specific may be the king of them all. This is the unique track-day special 2004 Pagani Zonda C12-S Monza. With no direct focus on racing, or road-driving, the Monza was built to demonstrate and or showcase Pagani’s custom build capabilities. This one-off Zonda does not comply to any specific set of racing rules or regulations, yet, it’s one of the most raw, and visceral machines to ever leave the Pagani factory. The story with this car begins with a private client, who commissioned this car to be built from Pagani. The result was the ‘Zonda Monza’ a race-version of the already insane Zonda C12 S 7.3, built from the ground up and based on the ‘Zonda GR’, which was a Zonda racecar based on the Zonda S that complied with FIA & ACO racing regulations. Almost every aspect of Pagani’s already impressive Zonda seems to have been enhanced on this striking Monza one-off. There are multiple immediate signs that show this Zonda is not your average or regular Zonda, if that even exists. The Monza is fitted with larger brembo brakes, Speedline wheels, a Sparco roll-cage, and a completely stripped out interior with deep racing seats that better reveals the craftsmanship and precision of Pagani’s carbon fiber weave. After it’s Paris Motor Show debut, the Monza was reportedly shipped of to the US, to it’s very ambitious customer, but not before being fitted with an even larger adjustable rear wing. After arriving in the United States, the car was reportedly driven around 30 miles and then offered again for sale in 2006, by Exotic Cars at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas where the car was exhibited and sold. Most recently, as of 2023, it’s seen pictured here on display at @millermotorcars!•AMMEDIANY.com
2012 Porsche 911 Turbo
This is an absolutely stunning 2012 Porsche 911 Turbo Coupe, and it’s quite possibly one of the lowest mileage examples on the planet, with just 253-miles on the odometer at the time of photographing. This ‘GT Silver Metallic’ 997.2 Turbo coupe is reportedly 1 of just 296 total manual coupe examples shipped to the North America for the 997.2-generation, and of those, 1 of just 20 finished in this beautiful color shown here. Of the 20 total ‘GT Silver Metallic’ Turbo coupes, only 1 of them was fitted with a Sand Beige leather interior, and that’s this car, a true 1 of 1 specification. The 997.2 manual Turbo is a true representation of the very end of the analog driving experience within the 911 model range. The 997.2 Turbo offers a slight improvement of the previous 997.1-generation cars, with better technology, more power, and ultimately more refined all around. Only 715 or so total 997.2 Turbo coupes had a U.S. market designation, and this particular ultra-low mileage example is equipped with number of desirable options such as the Sport Chrono Package, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes, a sport shifter, rear parking sensors, 19” Turbo II wheels, heated and ventilated front seats, and much more. Powering this machine is a twin-turbocharged 3.8L flat-six engine good for around 500 horsepower, and it’s all controlled by a fantastic heated leather and wood trimmed steering wheel.
1989 BMW M3
This is an absolutely amazing 1989 BMW (E30) M3, built to resemble a replica version of the BMW M3 Evolution III, one of the rarest BMW models of all time with just approximately 600 units built for the world. The E30 M3 of this generation was originally equipped from the factory with a 2.3—2.5 L S14 I4 engine, however, this car is fitted with an E46 generation (2000-2006) motor, a six-speed transmission in replacement of the original 5-speed, 1-series brakes, and many more elements that ultimately make this a much more refined machine from when it was completely stock. Some other captivating add-ons include a fantastic set of BBS wheels, 1M six piston brake calipers, custom made headers, a custom made intake system, and an interior completely inspired by the BMW M3 EVO III. Inside the cabin are Recaro seats with original BMW cloth inserts, original EVO III door panels, a dashboard with digital features, EVO III seatbelts, custom floor mats, and much more, truly a very special build. From the factory, BMW built approximately 5,300 examples of the E30 M3 for North America, and notably, this was the very first generation of the M3 model, making it also one of the most sought after collector BMW cars to own. The E30 M3 was developed from 1986 until 1991, and was designed by German car designer, Claus Luthe with the intentions of being a homologation vehicle that would satisfy the Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft and Group A Touring requirements which required a minimum of 5,000 cars to be developed. The world first ever saw the E30 M3 model during the 1985 Frankfurt Motor Show, where extensive changes were implemented in order to allow for the M3 to differentiate itself entirely from the standard 3-series, so much so, that the only body panels that were carried over were the roof panel, the sunroof, and the bonnet.
1991 Lamborghini Diablo
This incredible car shown here is one that we had the privilege to shoot and spend some time , the beautiful 1991 Lamborghini Diablo Coupe, 1 of approximately 2,884 Diablo examples built between 1990 and 2001, and 1 of just around 401 total built for the 1991 model year. This particular example was originally delivered to ‘Achilli Motors’ in Milan, Italy on the 20th of June in 1991. This Italian-market ‘Nero’ on ‘Nero’ leather example is believed to have spent time in Canada before making it’s way over to the United States, where it was eventually sold by LuxSport Motor Group, and is simply one of the most well-kept Diablos, showing just around 7,600 miles on the odometer at the time of the sale. The Diablo model was produced by Lamborghini from 1990-2001 (around 2,884 produced), and it’s famously known as being the first production Lamborghini to hit 200mph. The name Diablo means “Devil” in Spanish, and that suits this 1991 Lamborghini Diablo’s 5.7 L Lamborghini V12 engine and visceral styling. The name ‘Diablo’ itself was derived from a ferocious fighting bull that was famous for an epic battle with 'El Chicorro' in the year 1869. The Diablo was built to replace the Countach (1974-1990, around 1,983 produced), and in it’s earliest stages of development in 1985 it was known as ‘Project 132’ by the Lamborghini factory. The Diablo was first shown to public in 1990 on the 21st of January in Monte Carlo, where it proved to be better equipped all-around than the previous Countach model. The initial design work for the Diablo model was handled by Italian car designer, Marcello Gandini, while American automobile designer, Tom Gale is credited for the final design. Models built before 1993 do not include power steering, or other basic safety features, leaving these earlier examples to have a reputation for being extremely engaging cars.
1984 Porsche 911 Carrera
This is a gorgeous 1984 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet! Finished in a highly desirable combination of Guard’s Red paint and black leather, this example was offered with just 34,875 miles on the odometer! If you’re looking for a very well-maintained, head-turning Porsche 911 Cabriolet, you definitely want to consider this stunning 1984 model. The Porsche 930 was manufactured by Porsche from 1975 until 1989, and of all of the different variants of this generation of the 911, the standard Carrera Cabriolet was easily one of the easiest to appreciate. With its subtle, yet eye-catching looks, and respectable performance, it’s always been something of value to Porsche and automotive enthusiasts around the world. At the time of the 930s introduction, it was the fastest production car available in Germany. The 930-generation of Porsche 911s lasted from 1975–1977 (3.0L) with approximately 2,819 units produced, followed by 1978–1989 (3.3L) with 18,770 units produced. The original purpose for creating a 911 Turbo car was to gain homologation for the 1976 racing season, however, this model quickly became highly desired amongst many customers. As a result, in 1975, Porsche developed their first ever production turbocharged 911. Within that same generation also came the Carrera 3.2 model (1984-1989), which was a revival of the Carrera name for the first time since 1977. For this specific model shown here, a 3.2L horizontally opposed flat 6-cylinder engine is equipped. The 1984 911 Carrera is capable of around a 150mph top speed with 0-60mph taking just around 5.4 seconds. Not too many of these cars were made, with production of the 911 3.2 Carrera series being 76,473 total examples built for the world (35,670 coupé, 19,987 cabrio, 18,468 targa).
2007 Spkyer C8 Spyder
This car shown here is a stunning example of a 2007 Spyker C8 Spyder finished in a very rare ‘Yellow Metallic’ over black leather interior specification. This car is considered to be a first-generation Spyder C8 Spyder, which was built from 2000 until 2009, after making it’s first ever appearance at the 2000 Birmingham Motor Show. This car wears chassis number 103363, and is said to be 1 of just around 4 total Spyker C8 Spyders painted in this color of around 160 built total. The C8 Spyder was built as a result of the design work of a Dutch engineer named Maarten de Bruijn, who is also the co-founder of the Spyker Cars company alongside Dutch businessman, Victor Muller. The Dutch sports car marque ‘Spyker Cars’ was officially founded in the year 1999, with this model shown here, and the C8 Laviolette being the first models offered for sale by the company. On July 14 of 2005 it was announced that the C8 models would officially be approved for sale in the United States market, however, not many of them were built and sold overall, making it a truly unique piece of automotive history. The C8 Spyder is powered by an Audi 4.2L V8 engine that produced around 400 PS (294 kW; 395 hp), and one of the most unique aspects of this car is the fact that a number of the switches, gauges and elements are entirely aircraft-inspired, which gives it a look and feel unlike any other road car out there. Polished aluminum can be found almost everywhere on this car, and it’s simply one of the more under-appreciated, and often forgotten rare supercars of the 2000’s. The Spyker C8 Spyder is simply one of the most underrated cars of the modern world, and with all of it’s unique touches and features, it’s bound to continue to appreciate in value as time goes on!

This is the 2022 Ford Bronco 4-door convertible Outer Banks SUV equipped with the highly-desirable ‘Sasquatch Package’. This unique package includes a suspension lift and 35-inch tires, which aside from the upcoming 3rd generation Ford Raptor, are the largest tires of any production vehicle in the world. After a 25-year hiatus, the Bronco was released for the 2021 model year, with beautiful design work recalling the previous generation Broncos, especially from the 1966–1977 model years. The styling was crafted by chief program designer, Paul Wraith, alongside design manager, Robert Gelardi, and the entire project was developed as a way to be a direct competitor to the the Jeep Wrangler. A pre-production prototype of the Bronco was shown to a number of Ford dealers around March of 2019, with an official announcement coming in 2020. The production Bronco was first ever revealed to the public on July 13th of 2020, and the first ever Bronco was auctioned off at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auto Auction for $1,075,000. The Bronco is simply everything you’d want in a modern SUV, and then some, with features such as a detachable roof in order to allow for open-air driving, heated seats, an upgraded 12″ LCD touch screen, a 360° camera, and loads of safety options. As you can see, this car has been tastefully modified with exterior lighting options, and other unique touches!

The G80/G81 generation M3 was first initially released as a 2021 model after initial prototypes were tested at the Nürburgring, however official unveiling for this generation of the M3 took place alongside the release of the new M4 on September 23rd of 2020. An important, and very noticeable update for the 2023 model year is the introduction of the all-new dual curved display featuring iDrive 8, an element that brings the interior feel of this car to be truly unmatched. Traveling 0-60mph in this machine is rather quick, taking an approximate 3.8 seconds all thanks to the M3 Competition X-Drive Sedan’s 503hp 3.0-liter twin turbocharged inline 6-cylinder engine. The X-Drive Sedan comes standard with M xDrive, which allows the driver to have the option of multiple adjustable 4WD, 4WD Sport, and 2WD modes for complete control, and a thrilling experience behind the wheel. Between vertical kidney front grille, integrated diffuser, standard carbon fiber roof, and loads of other unique carbon fiber elements and components, this example is bound to have to staring for quite some time.

2005 Ferrari F430 Spider
This 2005 Ferrari F430 Spider showed just 4,295 on the odometer at the time of photographing, a truly well-maintained example with fantastic history. Finished in the classic color combination of red on tan/beige, this F430 is equipped with the 6-speed shiftable automatic transmission, and is a clean Carfax example with absolutely no accidents or damage reported whatsoever. The Ferrari F430 was designed by Moroccan born-American automobile designer, Frank Stephenson in collaboration with Italian car design firm and coachbuilder, Pininfarina, and was first ever introduced at the 2004 Paris Motor Show as the official successor to the previous Ferrari 360 model. The F430 was built until 2009 across numerous variants which include the standard base F430, the F430 Spider, the high-performance oriented F430 Scuderia, and the F430 Scuderia 16M Spider. In total, it’s estimated that Ferrari only produced around 14,000 F430 examples worldwide, with around 4,000+ of those being Spiders like this car shown here, an additional 2,000 of those being Scuderia units, and about 500 more being 16m spiders. What can definitely be said is that the F430 is certainly a rarity, and when shown in the desirable red on beige specification shown here, it’s the picture perfect visualization of what every automotive enthusiast imagines a great Ferrari to look like. The performance-focused Scuderia in specific was revealed to the public by retired German racing driver, Michael Schumacher, during the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show, where it demonstrated impressive enhancements over the base model such as being 220lbs lighter, and having increased power as well.
1994 BMW 850 CSI
This is a fantastic example of a 1994 BMW 850 CSi (Coupe Sport Injection) finished in a color known as ‘Jet Black’ over a ‘Lotus White & Black’ interior. This BMW 850 CSI is considered to be part of the 1st-generation of BMW 8-Series cars known as the ‘E31’ series. BMW built the E31 8-Series BMW from 1990-1999, and the design work was taken care of by Klaus Kapitza. A myriad of different transmission and engine options were made available during this generation throughout all of the different variants that were built. Options include a 4.0 L M60B40 V8, a 4.4 L M62B44 V8, a 5.0 L M70B50 V12, a 5.4 L M73B54 V12, or finally, a 5.6 L S70B56 V12. The production totals for each model include 4,728 examples of the 840i / 840Ci with the M60 engine, 3,075 examples of the 840Ci / 840Ci with the M62 engine, 20,072 examples of the 850i / 850Ci with the M70 engine, 1,218 examples of the 850i / 850Ci with the M73 engine, and finally, 1,510 examples of the 850CSi, which is shown here. Of that number of total 850CSis built, it’s believed that this car shown here is 1 of just 225 produced for North America. The 850CSi was first shown to the world during the 1991 Frankfurt International Motor Show, and was a homage to the first BMW to carry the ‘CSi’ label, the 1971 E9 3.0 Coupe. The 850CSi was a top-of-the-range variant for the E31 8-series, and underneath the hood you’ll find a 5,576 cc (5.6 L) V12 S70B56 engine with Bosch Motronic 1.7 fuel injection, and power increase to 375 hp at 5,300 rpm. The CSi, in comparison to standard E31 cars, features a modified suspension, stiffer springs and dampers, reshaped front and rear bumpers, and much more. This example showed just approximately 36,772 miles on the odometer at the time of photographing and has its all original paint, panels, engine, transmission, wheels and interior, the same exact way it came from the factory.
2006 Chevrolet Corvette 3LT
This is our 2006 Chevrolet Corvette 3LT Coupe, finished in ‘Machine Silver Metallic’ over a rare red leather interior. As a child growing up, the Corvette was always an exciting, good-looking sports car, that I never considered or thought I would one day own. It wasn’t until after I drove this car, that I witnessed the true potential, and realized why this car has remained so popular over the years. For the 2006 model year, it’s reported that approximately 34,021 examples of the Corvette were built, spanning across Coupè, Convertible, and Z06 production. For the Coupè model alone, it’s said that 16,598 were built in 2006, accounting for around 49% of the total production for that year. This particular example shown here is said to be 1 of 2,370 finished in ‘Machine Silver Metallic’ for the model year, and 1 of only 683 examples built with a red leather interior. This 2006 Corvette 3LT Coupè is considered part of the 6th generation (C6) of the Corvette model (June 2004–February 28, 2013), and is powered by a 5,967cc 6.0 L LS2 V8 engine that produces 400hp at 6,000rpm. The C6 Corvette is the first Corvette with exposed headlamps since the Chevrolet Corvette (C1) of 1962, and the design is credited to the former Director of Design for the GM Performance Car Studio, Tom Peters. The 2006 model year is also the first year for the C6 that featured ‘GM’ badging on the exterior, and this particular example features the transparent removable roof, allowing for either a closed hard top, or open-top driving experience. In comparison to the previous C5 generation Corvette, the C6 model features brand new bodywork, a revised suspension, and a wide variety of new enhancements both cosmetically and mechanically.
2022 Porsche Taycan
This is a genuinely charming example of the 2022 Porsche Taycan Turbo finished in a color known as ‘Ice Grey Metallic’ over a black leather interior, with just 2,207 total miles on the odometer at the time of photographing. This example comes along with a long list of factory options including exterior color painted wheels, a heated GT sport steering wheel, door handles in high gloss black, 21” Mission E Design wheels, the performance package, the premium package, the technology package, and much, much more. With an original MSRP of $188,630, this Taycan Turbo is surely one of the higher-optioned cars currently available in the market today. The Porsche Taycan is certainly one of the most impressive cars the world has to offer, and you can see our full experience behind the wheel of one on our YouTube channel at YouTube.com/AMMEDIANY, where we’ve actually gotten behind the wheel of a Taycan for our ‘Drive & Review’ series! This battery electric saloon and shooting brake began production by Porsche in the year 2019, and is currently still in production to this day. The Taycan comes offered in a number of different variants, including the 4-door saloon Taycan, Taycan 4S, GTS, Turbo, and Turbo S, the Cross Turismo series consisting of the 4, 4S, Turbo, and Turbo S, and finally, the Sport Turismo, 4S, GTS, Turbo, and Turbo S. All of these variations were designed by German automobile designer, Michael Mauer, and Porsche Exterior Designer, Mitja Borkert. The first ever production-ready example was unveiled during the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show. The concept version of the Taycan, known as the ‘Mission E’, was first shown at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show. The Taycan serves as Porsche’s first ever series production electric car, and the interior of the Taycan represents Porsche’s first ever fully digital instrumentation setup. The Taycan Turbo (shown here) is capable of up to 671hp via a battery-electric all-wheel-drive drivetrain using 2 AC synchronous electric motors.
2011 Porsche 911 GT3
This is the very eye-catching 2011 Porsche 911 GT3 (997.2) finished in an incredibly rare paint shade known as ‘Pastel Orange’! It’s reported that just 715 total examples of the 997.2-generation Porsche 911 GT3 were shipped to North America. Approximately 2,250 total 997.2 GT3 examples were produced for the world, but only 18 total examples were ‘Paint-To-Sample’ cars, like this car shown here. Of those 18 cars, only 14 of them were ‘non-metallic’, making this car shown here truly a 1 of 14 until it’s discovered whether or not any other examples were finished in this color. The 997.2 Porsche 911 GT3 was revealed for the first time ever during the 2009 Geneva Motor Show, and subsequently became available for sale in Europe starting in May of that year, followed by entering the US market October of that year. The newly updated GT3 now featured a larger rear wing, which featured ‘3.8’ lettering on either side, which was an indication of the model’s 3.8L flat-6 engine, which develops just about 429bhp. The 997.2 GT3 also came featured vents between the tail lights, a special 6-speed manual transmission, and titanium double exhaust pipes, and all of these impressive features were developed by Porsche's Motorsport Division in Weissach. The 911 GT3 officially serves as a high-performance homologation model of the Porsche 911 sports car, and the ‘GT3’ name was first ever used in 1999 as part of the first generation of the Porsche 996 range.
1989 Ferrari 328 GTS
This is a beautiful 1989 Ferrari 328 GTS (Type F106) chassis number 79173, which is a mid-engine V8 two-seater sports car that designed by Italian automobile designer, Leonardo Fioravanti, while working for Italian car design firm and coachbuilder, Pininfarina. Ferrari produced both the 328 GTS (Gran Turismo Spider), which featured a targa top as shown here, and the 328 GTB (Gran Turismo Berlinetta), which had a fixed roof instead. Together, from 1985 until 1989, Ferrari produced approximately 7,412 examples of both variations, with much of the bodywork being built by hand by Italian automobile design and coachbuilding company, Carrozzeria Scaglietti. The 328 GTS and GTB serve as the successors to the Ferrari 308 GTB berlinetta and targa topped 308 GTS. The ‘328’ now referred to the cars total cubic engine capacity of 3.2L, and the 8-cylinder engine, which is a Tipo F105CB V8. Production numbers for the Ferrari 328 GTS alone are said to be approximately 6,068 total vehicles in the chassis number range of 59301 to 83136, which leaves this Ferrari model to be quite rare in comparison to a standard production car. The 328 was essentially an updated and revised version of the 308, and it was also the final evolution of the transversely mid-mounted, conventionally aspirated 90 degree V8 Dino engine. The 328 is truly one of the most perfect combinations of value, aesthetics, performance, and reliability when it comes to Ferrari. The interior is simply a drive-focused cockpit with little to no buttons or switches. A gorgeous anatomical Momo (Morreti-Monza) steering wheel is standard for the 328 model, but some interesting options included air conditioning, metallic paint, Pirelli P7 tires, a leather dashboard, and much more. This particular example is finished with undeniably rare ‘Blu Chiaro Metallic’ paintwork, over a seemingly unused beige leather interior.
2013 Porsche Boxster
This car shown here is a wonderful looking ‘Guard’s Red’ 2013 Porsche Boxster, with black leather interior! This example of the Porsche Boxster is equipped with a wide variety of desirable options such as deviated color seat inlays, 20" Carrera Classic wheels, sport tailpipes, ‘Guard’s Red’ seat belts, sport seats, and much more. This example was offered with a clean carfax and just 21,919 miles on the odometer. The Porsche Boxster/Cayman models are both mid-engined sports cars that are still in production to this day by German automobile manufacturer Porsche across four separate generations. The story of the Boxster model began in 1996, when the first-generation (986) was introduced for the first time as Porsche’s first vehicle originally designed as a roadster since the 914 model. The design for the Boxster model was heavily inspired by the 1993 Boxster Concept car, and by the year 2005, a new, second-generation Boxster was announced, alongside with a Coupè variation known as the Cayman. The Boxster was the largest volume selling model when it arrived in 1996 until the introduction of the Cayenne sport utility vehicle in 2003. This example shown here, being a 2013 model, is considered internally by Porsche as a ‘981’ third-generation example, which represents all Boxster models manufactured from 2012 until 2018. The third-generation Boxster was officially announced at the 2012 Geneva Auto Show, and the model was designed by British automobile designer, Tony Hatter. The standard Boxster model from this generation was equipped with a 2.7 L MA1.22 flat-6 engine (260hp) from the factory, while the ‘S’ variant received a larger, and more powerful 3.4 L MA1.23 flat-6 engine (310hp).
2020 BMW M8 Competition Convertible
This is an absolutely incredible 2020 BMW M8 Competition Convertible! This example is far from your typical M8, and is equipped with a number of unique, and desirable options and add-ons such as ‘Individual Frozen Black Metallic’ paint over a ‘Sakhir Orange’ full leather interior, carbon ceramic brakes, the Competition Package, carbon fiber side skirts, trunk spoiler, diffuser, front effects, & shift paddles, plus much, much more. The BMW M8 officially arrived in Coupè form in June of 2019 in both 2-door coupe (F92 model code), and 2-door convertible (F91 model code) body styles, after having undergone testing which first began in the year 2017 for the M8 model. The 4-door sedan (F93 model code) BMW M8 Gran Coupe became available a few months later in October of 2019, and all of the variations of the M8 model are powered by the BMW S63 twin-turbocharged V8 engine which is shared with the BMW M5 (F90). The 8-series nameplate was officially revived as a whole during the 2017 season of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship with the introduction of the endurance grand tourer (GT) model known as the BMW M8 GTE, a unique approach by BMW, as they usually introduce the production version before the racing version of a new model. The 8-series concept debuted at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show with a heavy influence from the M8 GTE racing car, and boasted a number of visceral-looking M-performance visual effects and design elements. The M8 model was officially announced online on June 4th of 2019, and along with the introduction came a new high performance ‘Competition’ variation in both coupé and convertible bodystyles, which is exactly what you have shown here. The Competition package includes increased engine power, a modified induction system and more rigid engine mounts, leaving the speed, and acceleration to be slightly faster as well.
2021 Mercedes-Benz G 550 SUV
This car shown here is a virtually brand new example of a 2021 Mercedes-Benz G 550 SUV at the time of photographing. This 2021 G 550 is finished in ‘Polar White’ over a Black leather interior, and it is equipped with all of the standard equipment, with the addition of optional 19” twin 5-spoke wheels finished in black paint. The first drivable prototype of the G-Class appeared for the first time in 1974, and production officially took place by the year 1979. During the 1980’s, a number of improvements were made to the model, including automatic transmission, air conditioning, fuel injection, more comfortable and supportive front seats, and much more. The ‘W463 Second Generation’ Mercedes-Benz G-Class was first ever introduced to the world in 2018 at the at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, and is still in production to this day. This latest edition to the G-Class lineup is larger overall in comparison to it’s predecessor, and the reason for this is said to be to improve driving stability, sturdier side impact protection, and seating comfort. The second generation of the W463 G-Class also features a ground-up redesign, which also includes the interior, which now is equipped with a new instrument cluster and infotainment system, a dual 12-inch LCD display, a Burmester Surround-Soundsystem, and much, much more! Under the hood of this beast is a 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8 that’s good for 416 horsepower, which is sent through a 9-speed shiftable automatic transmission. The W463 Second-Generation Mercedes G-Class design is credited to Balázs Filczer, and the model is manufactured by Magna Steyr AG & Co KG, and sold by Mercedes-Benz.
1996 Porsche 911 Turbo
This magnificent example of the 1996 Porsche 911 (993) Twin Turbo Coupe is finished in a brilliant combination of ‘Midnight Blue Metallic’ over a hardly used tan leather interior. In March of 1995, when Porsche introduced the eagerly awaited type 993 Turbo at the Geneva International Motor Show, automotive press and enthusiasts became attracted to the model without hesitation. The all-new 993 Turbo introduced impressive performance figures, new technology, features, and noteworthy specifications. The 1996 911 Twin Turbo Coupe is powered by a Twin-turbocharged 3.6L 6-cylinder engine that produces approximately 400 HP. For the 1996 model year in specific, just around 3,841 total examples of the 911 Turbo were developed, with only 1,357 of those units being destined for the US/Canada market. The 993 Porsche first ever debuted in January of 1994 as a major overhaul and successor to the previous 964 generation, and from it’s introduction, to the end of production, in 1998, approximately 68,029 units of the Porsche 911 Type 993 were developed for the world across several variants, all of which vary in body style, performance, and more. Only around 5,978 total 993 Turbos were created for the entire generation, and aside from just the 3.6L Twin-Turbocharged engine, the model also featured redesigned cylinder heads, air-to-air intercoolers, and a number of other modifications underneath the hood. On the outside, the 911 (993) Turbo boasts redesigned front and rear bumper moldings, a fixed ‘Whale Tail’ rear wing, and widened wheel arches, which are one of the Turbo’s most distinguishable design elements. The 993 Turbo was the first 911 Turbo with all-wheel drive, and was also one of the first cars in the entire world to feature self-diagnostic and reporting capability, also known as an on-board diagnostics (OBD) system.
2011 Aston Martin Rapide & 2000 Ferrari 550 Maranello
An incredible opportunity to photograph two special cars side by side with a private jet! This is an exquisite example of a 2011 Aston Martin Rapide Luxe, a car that we had the opportunity to drive alongside an astounding 2000 Ferrari 550 Maranello in order to execute our first ever photo shoot with a private jet, as well as our first ever experience being involved in a cover shoot for a magazine. The Rapide Luxe provides room for up to four passengers, and impressive performance figures thanks to it’s 5.9L V12 engine, rear wheel drive layout, and 470 total horsepower. British luxury marque, Aston Martin, first ever introduced the Rapide model in early 2010. This came after the model was first shown as a concept car at the North American International Auto Show in 2006, and later as a production ready version at the at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show. The 4-door, 4-seater, high-performance sports saloon was designed by English industrial designer currently working as Chief Creative Officer and studio head at Aston Martin, Marek Reichman, and current director of design at Aston Martin, Miles Nurnberger. A a Bang & Olufsen 16-speaker sound system is standard in the Rapide model, and power comes from a 5,935 cc (5.9 L; 362.2 cu in) V12 engine, that generates a maximum power output of 477 PS (351 kW; 470 hp). Despite it’s size, the Rapide is capable of accelerating from 0-60mph in just around 5.2 seconds, with a top speed capable of around 188mph. As far as the ‘Luxe’ trim goes, this trim adds exclusive refinements inside and out to set itself apart from it’s standard siblings. These include the use of gear select buttons fashioned from glass instead of plastic on standard models, engraved door sills, a wider range of options, as well as a number of optional features as standard such as seats that are equipped with heaters and ventilation. The other car featured in this shoot is a 2000 Ferrari 550 Maranello. This example is finished in black over a lightly used black leather interior. The Ferrari 550 Maranello was first introduced by the company in 1996 as a front-engine V12 2-seat grand tourer. The car was initially unveiled at the Nurburgring racing circuit in Germany. The models name ‘550’ refers to the 5.5 liter engine displacement and also to the town of Maranello, home to Ferrari’s headquarters and factory. The 550 is not only beautiful to look at, but also extremely exciting to drive! Underneath the hood of this front-engined monster is a naturally aspirated 5.5L DOHC V12 that produces around 478hp at 7,000rpm. According to Ferrari, the 550 can accelerate from 0-60mph in just 4.2 seconds with a top speed of around 199mph. With only a little over 3,000 550 Maranello’s produced from the world, this is slowly but surely becoming one of the more collectible and desirable late 90’s Ferrari models. Interestingly, the Air Jordan XIV, which released in 1998, drew inspiration from Jordan’s personal Ferrari 550 Maranello of the time. The 550 Maranello also competed in Evo magazine’s ‘Greatest Drivers Car’ showdown in 2004. The 550 was put up against a Porsche 911 GT3, Honda NSX-R, and the Pagani Zonda C12S, and ultimately won that challenge. While the 550 might not be as mighty or famous as the F50, F40 or the Enzo, it definitely holds itself to a high degree amongst other classic Ferrari examples! The 550 was eventually replaced in 2002 by the Ferrari 575M Maranello.
2009 Porsche 911 Targa 4S
This is the 2009 Porsche 911 Targa 4S. This lovely example is finished in a charming specification of Black over a Sand Beige leather interior, with just around 26,109 total miles on the odometer at the time of photographing. Considered internally as a 997-model, this car represents one variation of all of the Porsche 911 sports cars manufactured and sold by the German automobile manufacturer Porsche from 2004 (as Model Year 2005) until 2013 across two different generations. The first generation being known as the 997.1 (2004-2008) and the second, updated 997.2 (2009-2013). In specific, the 997-generation of the 911 happened to be one of the greatest variants they ever produced. When it comes to this unique car shown here, the Targa 4 and Targa 4S were first introduced to the world in 2006. One distinctive feature of the Targa models is the glass roof system, which is carried over from previous generations. The first time Porsche ever used the Targa name was on the 911 Targa that was first shown at the International Motor Show in Frankfurt, Germany in September of 1965. Described as neither a coupè nor a cabriolet, the Targa gets it’s name from the Targa Florio road race that Porsche had great motorsport success ever since the mid 1950’s. With the introduction of the 997 Targa models in September of 2006, this marked the first time that multiple variants of the Targa became available, the Targa 4, and Targa 4S, differentiated by mostly performance capabilities. The Targa 4 is powered by a 3.6L flat six engine that is rated at 345 HP in the four wheel drive version, and the Targa 4S is equipped with a 3.8L engine that delivers a total of 385 HP. It’s reported that approximately 1,156 total examples of the 997 Targa 4S were developed for the 2009 model year!

The ‘997’ Turbo shown here is considered part of the 997 internal designation for all Porsche 911 models manufactured and sold from 2004 until 2013. The 997.2 Turbo coupe is capable of a 0-60mph time of around 3.5 seconds with a top speed of approximately 194mph, all thanks to it’s 3.8 L twin-turbocharged Flat-6 with dry sump that produces just about 493bhp. The Porsche 911 as a whole is timeless, and throughout the generations and variations of the model, they have become increasingly more impressive as you may assume. In specific, the 997-generation of the 911 happened to be one of the greatest variants they ever produced. The 997 models were faster, lighter and more fuel efficient than the predecessor 996 models, and they were also produced in quite limited numbers, depending on the model, the model year, the color and the options of the specific car. First introduced in 2005, the 997.1 Carrera S came with a 29bhp power output in comparison to the standard Carrera. The 2006 Carrera S is powered by a 3.8 L naturally aspirated Flat-6 engine that produces 355hp at 6600rpm, and this particular example from @luxsportmotorgroup has plenty of attractive options that you simply don’t find on too many other examples on the market. Everything on this car is as it came from the factory, with absolutely 0 modifications whatsoever, and it features a wonderful high-revving 2.0L F20C I4 engine which generates power outputs between 237hp-247hp depending on the target market. The S2000 was introduced in 1999 for the 2000 model year, and was given the name ‘AP1’ as a chassis designation from the factory. In terms of the 2001 model in specific, Honda added a digital clock to the radio display, and standardized the read wind blocker. Spa Yellow was also added as an exterior color for the US domestic market in 2001 as well. The AP1 S2000 was produced from 1999 until 2003 and was then followed by the significantly different AP2 from 2004 until 2009. Between both variants, around 66,860 total S2000s were built for the US market alone, with approximately 110,673 total units produced for the world. A large number of these cars were produced, but when factoring in that only 9,942 were built for the US market in 2001, and only 3,044 were finished in ‘Silverstone Metallic’ over black leather, it makes you realize that it's quite a limited car!
1989 Mercedes-Benz 560 SL Roadster
This is a stunning 1989 Mercedes-Benz 560 SL (R107) Roadster! This 1989 560 SL Roadster is a one-owner, California driven car, and showed just 47,000 total miles on the odometer at the time of photographing. 1989 was considered to be the last, and best year for the 560SL model by many enthusiasts and collectors alike, and this car shown here recently went through over $8,000 worth of service from Mercedes-Benz. Mercedes-Benz produced the R107/SL from 1971 until 1989, across multiple different variations. This unique model, the 560 SL, serves as a two-seater car with a detachable roof, and this car specifically, has never once had it’s roof removed before being photographed here in these photos. North America was one of the biggest markets for 560 SL, and remarkably, two thirds of all R107 production were sold to the US. The 560SL is powered by a front-mounted 90° V8 engine (four-stroke) that produces over 200hp, and in particular, the 1989 model is quite rare. The 560 SL was only produced from 1986 until 1989, and approximately 5,139 total examples were said to have been produced in 1989, making this quite a scarcely built machine. Approximately 45,469 total were produced for all models years. The later R107 560 SL models all came factory with limited-slip rear differential, a revised suspension, and anti-lock brakes. Depending on whether you have a manual or automatic transmission, the 560 SL is capable of top speeds from 127-133.5mph, and a 0-60mph time of about 9.8 seconds.
1987 Ferrari 328 GTS
This unique car shown here is a beautiful 1987 Ferrari 328 GTS (Type F106), which is a mid-engine V8 two-seater sports car that designed by Italian automobile designer, Leonardo Fioravanti, while working for Italian car design firm and coachbuilder, Pininfarina. The ‘328’ now referred to the cars total cubic engine capacity of 3.2L, and the 8-cylinder engine, which is a Tipo F105CB V8 that produces just around 270hp, and allows this model to travel from 0-60mph in just around 5.9 seconds, with a top speed of around 160mph.
1993 Porsche 968
Shown here is a gorgeous example of a 1993 Porsche 968 Coupe finished in the beautiful paint shade of ‘Guard’s Red’ over a black leather interior! The Porsche 968 model is increasingly becoming more and more desirable each and every day. Porsche built the 968 model from 1991 until 1995 across multiple variants, however, only a reported 12,776 total units were built for the entire world. Of that number, only a reported 4,665 examples were produced for the US/Canada market. Only a fraction of Porsche 968s were built in 1993, with even less of a percentage of those cars being Coupe examples like the one shown here. The 968 model is not only just rare, but it was also Porsche’s last front-engined vehicle of any kind whatsoever prior to the introduction of the mid-size luxury crossover Cayenne model in 2003. The 968 model was shown for the first time ever on September 12, 1991 during the IAA Frankfurt Motor Show press day after being designed by Dutch automobile designer, Harm Lagaay. This specific 968 example shown here is powered by the 3.0 L M44/12 16-valve I4, which was essentially an updated version of the engine found the the previous Porsche 944 model. This I4 makes around 237hp and allows the 968 to achieve a top speed of just about 157mph, with 0-60mph taking only around 6.5 seconds. The 968 is truly a spectacular combination of power, practically, and rarity, with this example shown here being very special thanks to it’s desirable options and stunning condition!
1987 Ferrari Spice SE87L-001
After forming ‘Spice Engineering’ in 1984, brothers Gordon and Derek Spice began to construct and design their own racing cars which were then to be used in the IMSA GT and World Sportscar Championship races. This is the 1987 Ferrari Spice (chassis SE87L-001), the very first of three total cars built in order to inaugurate GM’s involvement with Pontiac engines. Together, the team at Spice engineering built a chassis that could accommodate Buick, Acura and even Ferrari powertrains, and subsequently, with backing from General Motors in 1987, this car successfully won it’s class that year in the 500km Road Atlanta, 500km Riverside, 300km Laguna Seca, 500km Mid-Ohio and 3hr San Antonio. Spice Engineering raced this chassis into 1988, and managed to secure two more first in class finishes behind the wheel of SE87-001. Easily, this car shown here was the most winning and successful of the three Spice chassis, and while the car did not actually run a Ferrari engine in period, the other examples did, therefore the Denon livery and Ferrari engine were added later on into the cars history. The car is powered by a Ferrari 328-based 3.2 L Tipo F105CB V8 engine that produces just about 495hp at 9200rpm, after having clearly received a good tweak and a nice tune.
2010 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S
With Porsche’s wide array of color availability with their Custom Color, or Paint To Sample option package, it’s quite easy for an example to become a one-off, or a rarity overall. This car shown here is the perfect example of a Porsche that’s painted in a color that you simply don’t see around all too often. This is the 2010 Porsche 911 4S Coupe fitted with a desirable 6-speed manual transmission, and finished in a one-of-a-kind paint to sample ‘Ice Blue Metallic’ over a Black Full Leather interior, which is a stunning combination to take behold in person. Other than just the color alone, this near perfect condition 911 Carrera 4S is decked out with a number of unique options that include the Sports Exhaust System, 19" Sport Design Wheels, All Exclusive Optional Stich Deviated Color, the Sport Chrono Package Plus, the Bose High End Sound Package, and many other desirable options and features all around. Being that this is a 4S model, this car is equipped with Porsche’s all-wheel drive system, as well as the powerful 3.8L H6 24V GDI DOHC engine, making this car not only just pretty to look at, but also a quite visceral driving experience as well.
1967 Austin Healey Fiberfab Jamaican GT
A very rare, and very unique automobile that you simply don’t come across ever is this car shown here. This is the ‘Aston Martin California Sage Green’ 1967 Austin Healey Fiberfab Jamaican GT Coupè, and it’s quite a special machine due to the fact that it’s one of only a FEW examples that were actually completed by the Fiberfab factory itself and wasn’t built as an at-home kit. Fiberfab was an American automotive manufacturer which began in 1964 with accessories and body parts, and later progressed to completing full kit cars and fully assembled vehicles. While hundreds of ‘Jamaican’ kits were developed by Fiberfab, only a handful were actually assembled by the actual factory themselves, and this specific example is decked out with a number of unique and interesting design elements as well. This includes a stunning dual stainless steel exhaust system, 60-spoke wire wheels with Vredenstein radial tires, and much much more! If you’re interested in learning more about this extremely special automobile, definitely be sure to visit @autosportdesigns page where they showcase all of the intriguing and rare cars in their inventory!
2009 Porsche 911 Turbo
This is an extremely rare ‘RS Green’ 2009 Porsche 911 Turbo Coupe, and this particular example is decked out with a number of unique options that go on to make it a true one-of-a-kind automobile. On top of the stunning non-metallic paint to sample (98) RS Green exterior paintwork, this car is also packed with the Sport Chrono Turbo Package (640), the unique painted front air intake option (CNF), the interior carbon package (EAH), plus a number of other unique touches and details. This beautifulTurbo is believed to be the only ‘RS Green’ manual 911 Turbo coupe ever produced for the US market, making it not only a fantastic high-performance sports car, but also a rarity in both the Porsche and automotive community in general. The ‘997’ Turbo shown here is considered part of the 997 internal designation for all Porsche 911 models manufactured and sold from 2004 until 2013, with the updated version being announced in 2008 for the 2009 model year during Paris Auto Show. The Turbo is powered by a 493 bhp 3.8 L twin-turbocharged Flat-6 engine that allows this car to travel from 0-60mph in just about 3.5 seconds and achieve top speeds of around 196mph.
1982 Porsche 911 Turbo Special Wishes Slantnose
When it comes to rare cars, this one shown here is certainly considered to be one of the more exclusive Porsche examples ever produced. Shown here is just one of the cars from a beautiful collection that we shot. This is a 1982 Porsche 911 Turbo Special Wishes Slantnose, finished in a color known as Grand Prix White (P5), over a unique dark blue leather interior. There’s so much to discuss with a car that’s this rare. This 1982 Slantnose is one of just 59 first-version examples assembled by Porsche’s Sonderwünsche program, and is equipped with a number of unique touches and details that you simply don’t see all too often. In 1983, this particular Porsche received various RUF upgrades such as a five-speed manual transaxle, limited-slip differential, and RUF exhaust system. That’s not all from RUF either, as the branding can be found in many other areas of the car such as the RUF-branded 200-mph speedometer, a RUF intercooler, and rightfully so, a ‘Ruf Turbo’ badge that graces the rear bumper in replace of the typical ‘Turbo’ Badge. Perhaps my favorite option seen on this car are the color-matched 16″ Fuchs-style wheels, which is an option I can always appreciate, especially when it’s done on a beautiful Porsche like this one. Last but not least, an option that is definitely not often seen is the aerodynamic nose section, which features quad headlights integrated into the front valance, truly a unique overall specification!
2023 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport
This is the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport, finished in a striking color known as ‘Viper Green’. During the Bugatti’s 110th-anniversary tour in Europe, a new model known as the Chiron Sport was released for the first ever time. Only 30 total examples of this extremely rare variant will ever be produced, and the Super Sport differentiates itself from the standard Chiron by way of it’s slightly altered design characteristics, a powerful engine, and also an increased top speed. The car is powered by a 1,580 hp quad-turbocharged W16 engine, and is capable of top speeds near almost 300mph. Another variant, known as the Chiron Super Sport 300+, recently broke the top speed record with an unreal speed of 304.773 mph. The Super Sport model shown here is essentially a toned down version of the 300+, if you will, and is not offered with interior stiffening, and features more leather on the interior, similar to what’s seen on the standard Bugatti Chiron. On top of just speed alone, the Chiron Super Sport features a 25cm longer rear, and a revised front end, in order to better accommodate the airflow and aerodynamics of the car.
2009 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet
This is the wildly rare paint-to-sample ‘RS Orange’ 2009 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet, believed to be a true 1 of 1, being the only 997 Turbo Cabriolet painted in this color for the entire world. As you may or may not already know, ‘997’ is the internal designation for Porsche 911 models built from 2004-2013. As for this specific example shown here, it’s easily one of the most uniquely spec’d, and highly-optioned (997) 911 Turbo examples in the entire world. This stunning example is painted in the perfect color for Halloween, ‘RS Orange’, and equipped with unique touches such as the carbon package, the sport chrono package, and an exterior color to sample option seen on the interior which adds a beautiful touch overall. Reportedly, just around 60 total paint-to-sample 997 Turbo examples were built for the world, with this example believed to be a 1 of 1. The 997 Turbo first arrived into the automotive world during the 2006 Geneva Motor Show as a coupe model, which was followed by the cabriolet in May of 2007. As soon as the 997 Turbo Cabriolet debuted, it was instantaneously one of the fastest convertible sports cars in production at that time. Even after 12 years, this 997 Turbo Cabriolet still remains to be a considerably fast, and remarkably rare sports car, even with all of today’s updated technology and performance capabilities.
2005 Porsche Carrera GT
This fine piece of automotive history is the absolutely iconic 2005 Porsche Carrera GT! This pristine example shown here is finished in a ‘Guard’s Red’ exterior paint finish of which only 42 examples were painted in this color by the Porsche factory for the North American market. This car is number 918 out of just 1,270 examples produced for the entire world, and is finished with a Natural Dark Grey leather interior, which compliments the bright red paintwork perfectly. The Carrera GT was designed by Dutch automobile designer, Harm Lagaay, and was originally codenamed ‘Project Code 980’ before entering production in 2003. Both Porsche themselves, and VW-Audi chairman, Ferdinand Piëch, we’re looking for ways to develop a new Le Mans prototype for the upcoming 1999 season. At first, there was plans to incorporate a turbocharged flat-six engine in the new mysterious prototype, however, a secretly built V10 unit that was developed in 1992 was ultimately selected for the project. This engine was originally supplied by Porsche for the Footwork Formula One Team, but was shelved until the late 90’s where it would later be used for Project Code 980 (a.k.a. The Carrera GT). This project was canceled shortly after testing, however, the secretly developed engine was later used in an all-new concept car at the 2000 Paris Motor Show known as the Porsche Carrera GT. The Carrera GT went on to enter production after generating lots of interest as a concept, and was later powered by a 5.7L V10 980/01 DOHC V10 engine that produces about 603hp, which is all sent through a 6-speed manual transmission, all while weighing just 3,042lbs. Of the 42 Carrera GT examples painted ‘Guard’s Red’ for North America, this is now the second example we’ve shown here!
2012 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet
This is the 2012 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet! This variant of the 911 Carrera was first shown in 2011 as the Carrera GTS. This new GTS variant was available in both Coupè and Converible and served as a mid-level 911 to be placed above the standard Carrera and below the GT3. The GTS was equipped with a slightly wider body, and other various cosmetic touches unique to this model such as the reflective stripe between the tail lights. The Carrera 4 GTS in specific (shown here) was introduced in May of 2011 and is the all-wheel drive variant of the GTS model, which is powered by a 3.8-liter flat-six engine that produces just about 408 horsepower and allows this car to go from 0-60 mph in just a little over 4 seconds. The top speed for the Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet is said to be around 188mph, and the transmission choices consist of either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch, which is what is equipoise in this example shown here. This car in specific is equipped with a number of unique options such as 19" Center Lock RS Spyder Wheels, the Sport Chrono Package, Alcantara delete package, (N4) Dark Blue Metallic exterior paint, and seat belts finished in silver grey.
1991 JaguarSport XJR-15
This is the unbelievably rare 1991 JaguarSport XJR-15 (chassis 019) one of only three total examples painted yellow for the world. Tom Walkinshaw, who was a British racing driver from Scotland and founder of the Tom Walkinshaw Racing (TWR) Team, became closely associated with Jaguar in 1982 after successfully racing a Jaguar XJ-S during the European Touring Car Championship. After having notable success with Jaguar, by the year 1988, the successful TWR-designed Jaguar XJR-9 managed to secure a victory in the famous 24 Hours of Le Mans. An increasing demand for a road-going version of the successful XJR-9 racing car was becoming evident for both TWR and Jaguar, and in order to capitalize on this small, but profitable opportunity, in the late 1980’s, TWR and Jaguar Cars Limited created a new subsidiary company known as JaguarSport. Meanwhile, Jaguar’s Director of Engineering, Jim Randle, was putting together a team of volunteers to begin the development of new supercar that would be manufactured by JaguarSport, the XJ220. Designed by South African automotive designer, Keith Helfet, the XJ220 made it’s debut in 1988. The XJ220 concept promised scissor doors and a Jaguar V12, however, by production, the V12 was replaced by a V6, and many of the promises were not kept. Simultaneously, Walkinshaw was working together with British automotive designer Peter Stevens to create a different JaguarSport supercar, which would be mechanically based on the chassis of the Le Mans winning XJR-9 race car, designed by British engineer Tony Southgate. This project, then known as ‘R9R’, would later become this car shown here, the JaguarSport XJR-15, which debuted in 1991 at the Silverstone circuit as the world’s first road-car constructed entirely out of carbon fiber. While around ~280 total XJ220 units would be sold, only ~50 chassis of the XJR-15 would ever be built, with just ~27 of them being road cars. The XJR-15 is powered by a visceral 6.0L 450hp naturally aspirated 24-valve Jaguar V12 engine, and chassis 019 is the only XJR-15 built with a Hewland 6-speed race gearbox.
1986 Porsche 911 Turbo Slantnose & 1987 Porsche 911 Turbo Slantnose
Shown here, the 1986 Porsche 911 Turbo Slantnose, and the 1987 Porsche 911 Turbo Slantnose. The special feature of both of the 911 Turbo’s is their ‘Flachbau’ (German for Slantnose) bodywork, which internally from the factory is considered as ‘Option code M505’. This unique bodywork consists of extended rocker panels, wider rear flares, pop-up headlights, and the lovely looking ‘tea tray’ rear wing. The Porsche 930 ‘Slantnose’ or ‘flatnose’ idea came to life in the early 1980’s, when TAG Heuer co-owner Mansour Ojjeh commissioned Porsche to develop a unique one-off road-legal version of the 935 race car. After a number of enthusiasts and collectors became interested in this interesting one-off, enough demand was created in order for Porsche to create a factory version under the "Sonderwunschprogramm" (special order program), featuring a 935-style slantnose front end, and bodywork that was reminiscent of the race version.
2012 Porsche 911 Turbo S
This 2012 Porsche 911 Turbo S needs no dramatic introduction as the options and specifications on this car simply speak for themselves. This unique looking 911 Turbo S had a sticker price of close to $200,000 and is clearly finished in red in as many places as possible. The exterior of the car is finished in ‘Guards Red’, as is the front intake grill, the side skirts, the wheels, and many other places on this rare example. Inside this car, you’ll find more red details and leather covering almost every inch you could imagine. The entire roof liner is finished in ‘Carrera Red’ leather as are the seats, the seatbelts, the Sport Chrono package, the sun visors, and just about everything else you can think of it wrapped in leather and finished in red. This unbelievable 911 Turbo S example, which was ordered through Porsche’s ‘Paint To Sample’ program, showed just 16,400 miles on the odometer at the time of photographing, and is was seen in near perfect condition! Although Porsche built a fair amount of 911 Turbo S examples in 2012, it’s safe to say likely none of them have as many options as this one, leaving this car to be a truly special and unique piece of machinery!
2017 Pagani Huayra Roadster
The Italian automotive manufacturer known as Pagani Automobili S.p.A. is known worldwide for producing some of the world’s finest pieces of automotive artwork and machinery, and this car shown here is the roadster variant of the companies mid-engine sports car, known as the Pagani Huayra, which is named after ‘Wayra Tata’, a Quechua wind god. This is the extremely special 2017 Pagani Huayra Roadster chassis 76034, car number 11 of just 100 produced for the entire world. The car has been given the name ‘Blu Danubio’ thanks to it’s distinctive exposed blue carbon fiber finish, which is paired with beautiful black carbon accents. While the exterior of this car is completely stunning, the interior is truly unlike anything that has ever been seen on a car ever before. Dressed with high quality leather, exposed carbon work, mechanics, and various digital screens surrounding the cabin. This specific example happens to be decked out with dark blue and creme colored leather seats with a gorgeous blue leather wrapped steering wheel, which looks absolutely unbelievable up close in person! Also notable, every single component on the interior is custom-made just for the Huayra model, so you can guarantee there was no borrowing of any parts during the development of these meticulous machines. The standard Huayra coupe, which was produced in just 100 total units for the world, debuted during a press release on January 25th of 2011, and the world wouldn’t see a roadster variant until many years later at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show. In comparison to the coupe, there are many noticeable appearance differences, with the most obvious of them all being the removable roof. Also different from the coupe, is the rear engine cover, which now has taken on a new shape in order to accommodate for the roadster design. Perhaps the biggest and most notable change of them all is the door operation, which on the Huayra coupe is a gullwing style system, which was later replaced with traditional doors for the Huayra Roadster. The same twin-turbocharged M158 V12 engine is used, however, produces 754hp for the Roadster variant, up from 730hp on the coupe.
2005 Porsche Carrera GT
It’s not often that you get to spend some personal time with one of the world’s greatest supercars. It is with great excitement that we present this unbelievably special 2005 Porsche Carrera GT! One of just 42 total examples painted in ‘Guards Red’ from the factory for North America, and one of just 1,270 examples produced for the entire world from 2003-2007. The Carrera GT was designed by Dutch automobile designer, Harm Lagaay, and was originally codenamed ‘Project Code 980’ before going into production in 2003. Both Porsche themselves, and VW-Audi chairman, Ferdinand Piëch, we’re seeking to develop a new Le Mans prototype for the 1999 season. Initially, plans to incorporate a turbocharged flat-six engine were drawn up for this new mysterious prototype, however, a secretly built V10 unit that was developed in 1992 was ultimately revived for the project. This engine was originally supplied by Porsche for the Footwork Formula One Team, but was shelved until the late 90’s where it would later be used for Project Code 980 (a.k.a. The Carrera GT). The Le Mans prototype project was canceled only two days after testing in mid-1999, in order to direct focus on other projects at the time. The V10 unit that was being tested in that prototype would live to see another day in the year 2000, during the Paris Motor Show. This time, it was based around a new concept car called the Carrera GT, and the engineers at Porsche wound up boring the engine up to 5.7L. The concept ended up generating an influx of interest, and it was decided to go ahead and produce the Carrera GT, and that was clearly a great decision to make! Despite being 16 years old, the Carrera GT’s performance and styling are both easily comparable to supercars of today’s era. The GT is equipped with a visceral 5.7L V10 980/01 DOHC V10 engine that produces about 603hp, which is all sent through a 6-speed manual transmission. Thanks to an extensive use of carbon fiber and advanced engineering, the total weight of the Carrera GT amounts to just 3,042lbs, which certainly aids the cars top speed of around 205mph, and 0-60mph time of just about 3.5 seconds.
1993 Porsche 968 Club Sport
This is the ultra-rare 1993 Porsche 968 Club Sport, finished in a very rare color known as ‘Speed Yellow’ (L12G). The Porsche 968 model was first introduced at the Frankfurt Motor Show press day in 1991, and was originally planned to become the successor to the 944 S2, which was then called the 944 S3. After the engineers at Porsche revamped the model almost entirely, it was decided to be given a new name, the 968. While the 968 proved to be a pretty successful model, there was still demand for a faster, lighter and much, much cheaper variant, and because of this Porsche introduced the ‘Club Sport’. The Club Sport (shown here) was introduced at the Paris Motor Show in 1992 and was designed by Dutch automobile designer, Harm Lagaay, who had previously designed the 924, the 944, and the standard 968. The Club Sport serves as a lightweight, track-focused variant of the 968, and much of the luxurious features found in the standard 968 are stripped out. For example, you certainly won’t find any air conditioning, power windows, and an all-new thicker-rimmed 3-spoke sports steering wheel with no airbag whatsoever. Due to a lack of safety equipment, the Club Sport variant was only ever officially offered in Europe, the UK, Japan and Australia. In total, Porsche only produced around 1,743 examples of the Club Sport, with only a small portion of those being painted in Speed Yellow like the car shown here. Other unique details on this car include OEM matching Speed Yellow wheels, lightweight bucket seats with the back of the seats mirroring the exterior in Speed Yellow, and also the Sport Pack (option code MO30), which only 99 total cars were equipped with from the factory and offered stiffer springs, anti-roll bars and much more. The Club Sport is approximately 200lbs lighter than the standard 968, and is powered by a 3.0-liter inline-four cylinder engine that produces about 237 horsepower. The 968 CS has top speed of around 160mph.
2018 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring
If you’re looking for a more luxurious, sleeker Porsche 911 GT3 that still retains all of the visceral performance, look no further than this 2018 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring! One of the Most notable differences that the touring package delivers is the loss of the freestanding rear wing, which is replaced by a more subtle, automated retractable rear wing, with an attached Gurney flap, which immediately raises at 75 mph and retracts at 50 mph, allowing for a more clear view out of the rear window in comparison to the standard GT3, and an overall stealthier design. On the interior, in theme with toning down the GT3’s aggressive track-focused design, a majority of the Alcantara is replaced with soft leather on the seats and the dashboard. Also important to note is the fact that the GT3 Touring comes standard with a six-speed manual transmission, and when combined with a naturally aspirated 500hp 4.0L flat-six engine and a more comfort-focused interior, it’s truly a near-perfect automobile in almost every category. In some ways, the 911 GT3 Touring is somewhat of a mixture between the 911 R, and the 911 GT3, incorporating only the best options from both models to be included on a variant that Porsche purists will simply have to love! In 2017, the GT3 Touring first ever made a world debut during the 67th International Motor Show (IAA), and despite it’s lack of track-ready design elements, the car still boasts some extremely impressive performance such as a top speed of around 196mph, and a 0-60mph time of just about 3.9 seconds.
2004 Ford GT CP-1
Out of all the cars Ford has made, the GT was one of the most desirable, fastest, and also the most expensive cars they produced. This GT shown here is a little bit different from your average Ford GT however. This GT is the first official functional prototype Ford GT...ever. This is the 2004 Ford GT CP-1 Prototype. It wears vin 004 following 3 non-running display models. This car features endless amounts of non standard options and components such as zip ties on the front bumper, a note on the center console in marker indicating where the start button is, a full carbon rear clam and plenty of other options that obviously didn’t make it into production! A true piece of art on wheels. Although functional, it’s only useable to a certain extent. Ford engineers installed a chip on this car limiting the top speed to just 5 miles per hour, deeming it almost impossible to drive out on the road. So while it may be one of the rarest functional prototype cars ever built, it is only capable of a 5mph top speed. Speed is not what the “CP1” was made for, as it was ultimately a true representation of what would eventually become the first generation Ford GT we all know and love. CP1 was made to go through all of Ford’s rigerous tests before introduction the production model to the public. This car features signatures from over 13 members of the original Ford GT production team including Carrol Shelby and Bill Ford.
2014 Audi RS5 Convertible
This is the absolutely amazing 2014 Audi RS5 Convertible! This particular RS5 is finished in a color known as ‘Estoril Blue Crystal Effect’ over a black leather interior, and is definitely a gorgeous looking spec to see in person. This RS5 is part of the first generation of RS5 cars that were produced from 2010-2015, however, the convertible variant only became available for the first time in 2012 at the Paris Motor Show. The first generation of the Audi RS5 is powered by a naturally aspirated 4.2L V8 engine that produces just about 444hp at 7,000rpm. Inside the RS5, you’ll find a beautiful combination of both leather and Alcantara upholstery, and a steering wheel upholstered in perforated leather. You can also find a good mixture of carbon fiber components and advanced Audi technologies such as the driver information system, climate-controlled comfort seats, and much more. Being an Audi S5 owner myself, having the change to directly compare the two models side by side left me to believe that the RS5 is simply a slightly more enhanced variant of the Audi S5 model. Almost every aspect of the car has received slight upgrades including the instrument panel fascia, the engine, the wheels, and many more notable design elements and features that are exclusive to the RS5 model. The second generation of the Audi A5/S5/RS5 was introduced in June of 2016, and one of the most notable changes on this model are the obvious performance enhancements, and also the addition of Audi’s ‘Virtual Cockpit’ instrument panel.
1998 Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster
This is the 1998 Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster and it’s one of about 466 total examples produced for the entire world, with only around an estimated 200 or so of those examples left to be surviving to this day. This particular example is finished in a color called ‘Blue Scuro’ over a ‘Charcoal Black’ leather interior. The Diablo VT model was first introduced as a coupe at the 1993 Geneva Motor Show, and was followed by a roadster variant (shown here) in 1995 shown at the Bologna Motor Show. At the time, the VT model served as Lamborghini’s purest V12 model and offered a number of significant enhancements that notably improved both driver and passenger comfort, while still maintaining visceral performance. The Diablo VT Roadster came with many new innovative features such as the removable hard-top roof, an all-new hydraulic lifting system, and many other unprecedented additions. The VT Roadster differentiates itself from the VT coupe by the way of a redesigned front bumper, modified engine cover, redesigned exhaust, redesigned rear bumper, and of course the specially included Diablo Roadster badging. The Diablo VT Roadster is powered by a 5.7-liter, 48-valve, 492-horsepower, V12 engine, and can achieve a top speed of around 201mph.
1959 Bocar XP-5
Now this is definitely something you simply don’t come across everyday. Pictured here is an extremely unique 1959 Bocar XP-5, and it’s a car that carries tons of unique history and greatness along with it. This American built & designed racing car was built by Bocar, which was a company that produced a series of limited-production vehicles that were mainly intended for track use & competition, but could also be driven on the road. Founder of the company, Bob Carnes, started early on as a semi-professional racing driver, and a quite successful one too. Despite his early success after winning the Buffalo Bill Hillclimb in 1956, Carnes decided it was best to create his very own vehicle from the ground up. So, just one year later in 1957 the Bocar project would officially begin, and another year later, Bocar completed their first car in 1958, the X-1. Quickly following this initial model came the X-2, X-3, and finally by the time the X-4 was introduced, Bocar officially began selling these vehicles. Around 5 total X-4 examples were reportedly produced and sold, however, Bocar’s first real production vehicle was this car shown here at @redlinerestorations, the Bocar XP-5. In total, it’s said that approximately 15 total Bocar’s were completed for the entire world, with no two cars being the same. To this day, the Bocar XP-5 remains to be a quintessential example of a limited-production American road racer, and this example is possibly one of the best there is. This specific example features a 383 Cubic Inch high-performance Corvette/Stroker V8 that produces just about 400+ horsepower thanks to a a 12:1 compression ratio, a custom ground camshaft, amongst other amazing modifications. The Bocar XP-5 is built using a space-frame design constructed with high-strength chromoly steel.
2020 Lamborghini Sián
This is the 2020 Lamborghini Sián (FKP 37), finished in a color known as ‘Verde Gea'. First ever introduced at the 2019 Franfurt Motor Show, the Sián is Lamborghini’s first ever hybrid production vehicle. This all-new model shares the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ’s 6.5 L L539 V12 engine which is combined with an electric motor to make for an overall power rating of just about 807hp. The Sián was designed by German design engineer, Mitja Borkert, and is truly a distinctive break-away from the traditional Lamborghini V12 styling. The name Sián derives from a Bolognese word which means ‘flash of lighting’, which is intended to demonstrate that this model is the companies first ever hybrid production vehicle. As for the ‘FKP 37’ part of the name, that is actually the initials of the late Volkswagen group chariman, Ferdinand Piëch. On top of the additional electrical power, other mechanical modifications that help differentiate this model includes a reconfigured ECU, a new exhaust system, titanium intake valves, and much more. In terms of performance, 0-60mph in the Sián is said to take just around 2.8 seconds, with the overall top speed still yet to be confirmed by the company. Most of the Sián’s design elements are inspired by previous Lamborghini models. For example, the six hexagonal taillights, which are an inspiration from the Countach model, the Y-shaped daytime running headlights, which took inspiration from the Terzo Millennio concept, and the overall wedge-shape, which is an obvious nod to the famed automobile designer Marcello Gandini. On the interior, you’ll notice a few small touches such as the portrait touchscreen (first used in the Huracan EVO), leather work completed by Poltrona Frau, an Italian furniture company, and for the first time ever in a Lamborghini, a number of parts used have actually been 3D printed. Production will include a total of just 63 coupe units for the entire world, and 19 additional roadster variants.
2021 Porsche 911 Targa 4S ‘Heritage Design Edition'
This car is easily one of the most unique and could perhaps be the most beautiful car we’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. This is the jaw-dropping 2021 Porsche 911 Targa 4S ‘Heritage Design Edition’, finished in a vigorous shade of ‘Cherry Red Metallic’ with a distinctive interior finished with materials such as leather & corduroy fabric. It’s difficult to conceptualize how perfectly executed and well thought out this car is from both a design & technological standpoint unless you witness it for yourself in person. The 992-generation is the internal designation for the eight generation of the Porsche 911, and was introduced for the first time ever at the Porsche Experience Center in November of 2018. The Targa body style for the 992-gen Porsche 911 debuted on the Porsche web-TV channel in May of 2020 & of course differentiates itself from other 992-generation variants by the implementation of a open-top design that is constructed in a way that allows for the cars B-pillars to stay in place. This car however is a special edition of the 992 Targa 4S known as the ‘Heritage Design Edition’ and it’s one of just 992 total examples built for the entire world. The ‘Heritage Design Edition’ can be easily distinguished by it’s retro-themed (1950’s & 1960’s) design styling that includes large circles on the doors with Individually selected numbers, unique Porsche striping, the ‘historical Porsche crest of 1963’ found in numerous locations on the car, such as the headrests, steering wheel, the key pouch, and even the key itself. Other easily applaudable design features include the perforated Alcantara headliner and individually numbered metal badge indicating which car of the 992 total toy are spending time with. While the car is styled to appear old-fashioned, the technology used is of course the most advanced available from Porsche, and the performance is equally as impressive. The 992 Targa 4S boasts a thrilling 443-horsepower, 390 lb-ft twin-turbo flat-six engine.
2021 Ultima RS
The 2021 Ultima RS! This is about as close as you can get to having a racecar for the road. If you haven’t heard of Ultima, the company was actually brought to life by another known name in the automotive industry, Lee Noble. Engineer & designer, Lee Noble, first ever launched an ‘Ultima’ model under his company Noble Motorsport. Under Noble’s ownership, three Ultima variants were produced (Mk1, Mk2, & Mk3), with a total production of about 26 total kits sold from 1983-1992. These early Ultima’s used a variety of different parts for example, the cars initially used Ford Cortina front uprights/brakes/steering & a V6 engine taken from a Renault 30. As time went on, many different parts were implemented for these builds, giving clients the freedom to create a truly unique machine. The first customer to buy an Ultima car, Ted Marlow, would subsequently go on to race his car successfully, achieving many race wins and lap records along side Lee Noble. After some more trial and error with both mechanics & races, eventually, in early 1992, Ted Marlow would actually go on to purchase the rights to all of the jigs & moulds for the current Ultima models, thus ending any future involvement from Noble Motorsport at the time. From here, Ultima Sports ltd. was formed by both Ted & Richard Marlow now based in Hinckley, Leicestershire, England. Since forming this new entity, the company has offered a range of models which are supplied in component form, meaning, Ultima provides the parts needed for the client to construct their vehicle offsite for the US market. As for this specific car, this build originated first as an Ultima GTR, then became an Ultima Evolution, and finally is now built to be Ultima’s latest model, the RS. It’s one of under 25 total units worldwide and one of only a handful of completed running examples at the moment. Power comes from a 7.0L 427 LS7 V8 producing 800-850 horsepower, and the car weighs only 2150lbs. All things considered, the Ultima RS is an absolute beast, and one that you will not come across too often.
2017 Porsche 911 (991.2) Targa 4 GTS
This specific car is a 2017 Porsche 911 (991.2) Targa 4 GTS is finished in ‘Agate Grey Metallic’ over a ‘Bordeaux Red’ interior. This Targa 4 GTS was ordered with over $32,000 in factory options & had an original MSRP of over $170,000! In Porsche language, ‘GTS’ translates to ‘Gran Turismo Sport’ & this lettering was first ever used by Porsche on the 1964 (904) Carrera GTS. The ‘Targa’ name stems from Porsche’s many dominant wins during one of the world’s most prestigious & oldest endurance racing events, the Targa Florio. Both the Targa & GTS names have appeared on my different Porsche models since the 1960’s, but it wasn’t until 2015 that they would both be combined for one car. One of the Targa’s signature features is it’s automated removable roof panel combined with it’s wraparound rear glass. The Targa 4 GTS offers 30 horsepower more than the standard Targa 4 & is powered by a twin-turbocharged and intercooled DOHC 24-valve flat-6 sent through a PDK transmission that allows this car to travel from 0-60mph in just 3.1 seconds & a top speed of around 190mph.
2017 Pagani Huayra Roadster
Pagani Automobili has been producing some of the world’s most luxurious, high-performance & technologically advanced automobiles since the early 90’s starting with the Fangio F1 Prototype, later known as the Zonda. One of the finest and most recent examples from Pagani is the Huayra, which was introduced in 2011 at the headquarters of Pirelli in Milan. The Huayra was planned to be sold in 100 units & was only available as a coupe-only model. After years of anticipation & demand, in 2017 the car pictured here was officially unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, the Pagani Huayra Roadster. The exterior of the Roadster is completely revised with the most notable element being the the lightweight removable top. As for this specific example, this is a 2017 Pagani Huayra Roadster (ZA9H12UA8HSF76040) finished in ‘Rosso Dubai’ over a ‘Vermiglio & Medici’ interior and it’s one of only 100 total examples in the world that are planned for production. One of the main goals with the roadster was to make it lighter than the coupe variant & with a total weight of just 2822lbs saves a total of 176lbs in comparison to the coupe. The Huayra Roadster is powered by a 6.0 L (366.1 cu in) twin-turbocharged Mercedes-AMG M158 V12 engine that produces a total of around 764hp, 34hp more than the coupe. Built by X-Track, the engine incorporates a hydraulic and electronic activation system combined with new carbon synchronizers that results in extremely precise & responsive shifting. For the Roadster, Pagani worked with Brembo to develop new carbon ceramic (CCM) implants which Pagani claims are ‘the most advanced brake caliper Brembo has ever created’. The Huayra Roadster was announced with a base price of around $2.41 million & as of today have all been reportedly sold out. Today, both the standard Roadster & Coupe Huayra models have been replaced by the Huayra BC & BC Roadster, which are more exclusive, higher-performance & more aerodynamically efficient overall.
2016 McLaren 675LT
This is the absolutely stunning 2016 McLaren 675LT Coupe! This specific 675LT is a 2016 model and is finished in a color called ‘Fire Black’ over a ‘Carbon Black’ interior. The 675LT serves as a track-focused evolution of the McLaren 650s, and was first ever introduced at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. Upon the cars announcement, it was also made clear that only 500 coupes & 500 spiders were to be produced, making the 675LT an extremely rare machine overall. Powering the 675LT is a menacing 3.8L twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces just about 666hp and allows this car to accelerate from 0-60mph in just about 2.9 seconds, with a top speed of about 205mph. The ‘675’ numbering refers to the cars PS (Pferdestärke) of 675, which is essentially the metric equivalent of a single horsepower. Although the 675LT is around 1.3 inches longer than the 650s, & features a larger rear and front splitter, it weighs around 220lbs less than the 650s, with a total weight of just 2,712lbs. In an online reveal in December of 2015, the 675LT Spider was announced, sharing all of the same mechanics as the coupe model, but offers a slightly lower top speed at 203mph.
2019 Porsche 911 GT3 RS
This is the ‘Miami Blue’ 2019 Porsche 911 GT3 RS (991.2)! On the interior of this (991.2) 911 GT3 RS, you’ll find beautiful black leather mixed with Alcantara & Miami Blue accents everywhere you look (even the seatbelts are Miami Blue). With a naturally-aspirated 4.0L flat-six engine producing 520 horsepower, I can assure you that you’ll never be bored behind the wheel of the GT3 RS. To continue their updates for the 991 generation of the 911, Porsche introduced a face-lifted GT3 RS model in February of 2018. With the introduction of the 991.2 generation 911 GT3 RS, came a new engine that provides a 9,000rpm redline and a 20hp Increase over the previous 911 GT3 RS. If you’re wondering just how fast this car is, on April 18th of 2018, the 991.2 GT3 RS set a lap time of 6:56:40 around the infamous Nürburgring Nordschleife racetrack, making it only the third Porsche production car to break the 7-minute barrier on the track, with the first being the 918 Spyder. Here’s where things get interesting. Worldwide, Porsche produced around 4,750 total units of the (991.2) 991 GT3 RS. With only 1,465 of those examples landing in the US that makes this an extremely rare car overall. Although those are impressive numbers, this car becomes even more impressive after realizing of that 1,465 units sent to the US, only 103 of them were finished in ‘Miami Blue’ like this car. Other unique elements for this specific car include the factory center-lock wheels which are finished in ‘Satin Aurum’ and dressed with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, front-axle lift system, fire extinguisher and much-much more.
2002 Panoz Esperante
Say hello to the 2002 Panoz Esperante finished in ‘Metallic Blue’ over a ‘Parchment’ leather interior (chassis 1P9PB48382B213063). The story with this car begins in 1989 when Daniel ‘Dan’ Panoz founded the company as ‘Panoz Auto Development’. Dan’s father Don Panoz, took his sons company to the racetrack in 1997 in order to expand & promote the brand. Today, Panoz is more focused on racing rather than building road cars, however, they do still offer full customer service for all of their road car models, such as this one. The Esperante was one of the more interesting road going vehicles produced by the Panoz company. There has been multiple variants of the Esperante including the GTLM, the GTS, the JRD, and more. Today we’re going to be focusing on the base GT model shown here. Production of the Esperante GT began in 2001 and lasted until 2013 with only 532 total units produced for the world. This specific Esperante GT was originally delivered in 2002 to Trans-Atlantic Motors Inc. in Stamford, CT. This car is fitted with the optional $420 aluminum accent package & the $1310 Rosewood interior trim package. The base GT Esperante is powered by a hand-assembled 4.6L multi-port fuel injected 8 cylinder engine paired to a 5-speed manual transmission. The engine produces approximately 320hp and allows the Esperante GT to travel from 0-60mph in just about 4.8 seconds with a limited top speed of 155mph. With an original MSRP of around $90,000 tnis Panoz is not only a forgotten classic, but also a future icon.
1992 Venturi 400 Trophy
1992 Venturi 400 Trophy is one of just 73 total units built (chassis 057) and it’s often referred to as the ‘French F40’. The 400 Trophy is a street-legal racecar built specifically to compete in tourism competitions. Venturi Automobiles is a Monaco-based automotive manufacturer founded in 1984 by two ex-Heuliez French engineers, Claude Poiraud and Gérard Godfroy initially as MVS (Manufacture de Voitures de Sport). Despite the fact that Venturi entered into the automotive world during a terrible global recession, the company still managed to produce an impressive list of accomplishments during that time. Thanks to a Stèphane Ratel, director of competition services for Venturi, the ‘Gentleman’s Drivers Trophy’ was created, which was a a one-make racing series dedicated specifically to the Venturi 400 Trophy. In total, the Gentleman’s driver Troply series lasted 4 season and races took place at historic tracks such as Le Mans, Pau, Paul Ricard, Nürburgring, Magny-Cours and Dijon. Venturi subsequently gave clients the option to convert their cars to ‘road-specification’ after the series was over, which really just meant a few slight cosmetic changes to make the car more ‘practical’. It’s said that around 13 trophy-spec cars were converted, however, this Venturi 400 Trophy remains with it’s original configuration, as if it just was taken off the track yesterday. This specific 400 Trophy is the 57th of just 73 cars total race-spec cars built by Venturi between 1992-1994. This ‘Yacco Livery’ 400 Trophy was used in 1992 as a display model at the Paris Motor Show, and it was also displayed just recently at the 2020 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. All 400 Trophy examples were built mechanically identical, equipped with a 408hp 3.0L PRV (Peugeot-Renault-Volvo) mid-mounted twin-turbo V6 and weighs only 2425lbs. This allowed the Venturi 400 Trophy to achieve a top speed of around 181mph and a 0-60mph time of just about 4.7 seconds.
1969 Maserati Ghibli
There’s art and beauty in every car, but especially when it comes to the 1969 Maserati Ghibli. This is the 1969 Maserati Ghibli 4.7L Coupe finished in Black over a black leather interior that we were able to check out and get a detailed look thanks to @autosportdesigns! The Ghibli model was first ever shown to public in November of 1966 at the Turin Motor Show. The car came powered by a 4.7L dry sump V8 engine mated to a five-speed ZF manual transmission with the option of having a three-speed automatic transmission instead if desired. That engine was capable a lot of power especially for the year producing just about 310hp with a top speed of 155mph and 0-60mph taking just around 6.8 seconds. This specific 4.7L Ghibli is a numbers-matching, investment-grade automobile with the car overall being highly original inside and out. The Ghibli name is actually related to three different cars produced by Maserati and without proper explanation it can be quite difficult to understand. This Ghibli is considered internally by Maserati an (AM115) model being that it was produced between 1967-1973. In total just 1,170 (AM115) Ghibli coupes were produced, and 120 Spyders (including 45 Spyder SS modes). There is also an SS (AM115) Ghibli that was introduced in 1969 that is counted into the production totals. The SS model came with more power (4.9L V8 - 330hp) and a higher top speed (174mph) making it the fastest Maserati road car produced at that time. Maserati built 45 SS Spyders & 425 SS Coupes. As for the other Ghibli models, the Maserati Ghibli made a return in 1992 after being put out of production in 1973, now being internally designed as the Ghibli (AM336). In terms of design, this model wasn’t my favorite looking Ghibli ever produced, with much more of a boxy appearance, it lacked all the elegant lines of the original (AM115) Ghibli. Four total (AM336) models were available from 1992-1998. The Ghibli 2.0, Ghibli 2.8, Ghibli Cup & Ghibli Primatist. The current and third generation of the Ghibli was unveiled in 2013 at the Shanghai Motor Show and is considered internally the Ghibli (M157). This model is still currently available from Maserati.
2012 Ferrari 458 GT3
In 2009 at the Frankfurt Motor Show Ferrari announced their successor to the well-known F430 model, the Ferrari 458 Italia (type F142). The standard 458 is equipped with a mid-engined 4.5L V8 producing just about 562hp at 9,000rpm. While that may seem aggressive and powerful, Ferrari of course always takes it up a notch by releasing race-going variants of their already track-ready road cars. This car is one example of one of the race-going variants Ferrari produced based off the 458 Italia, the 2012 Ferrari 458 Italia GT3. A GT2 variant was produced before the GT3 in order to compete in championships sanctioned by ACO (Automobile Club de l’Quest) & FIA (Fédération internationale de l’Automobile). However, in 2011 a GT3 racer was unveiled subsequently receiving more power and an overall decrease in total weight. Unlike the GT2 which performs under restricted regulations & only has about 450hp, the GT3 engine performs similarly to the road car producing around 550hp. Not only is the 458 GT3 pretty to look at, it’s also an extremely successful Ferrari race car. The 458 GT3 won six times at the 24 hours of Spa-Francochamps, four times at the Gulf 12 Hours, and according to some reports, holds the record for number of titles won in international championships for it’s class. The 458 GT3 was built and produced in collaboration with Michelotto Automobili, the same factory endorsed organization that is responsible for the development of other iconic Ferrari’s like the 288 GTO & the F40.
1993 Porsche Schuppan 962CR/LM
This is the unbelievably rare, 1993 Porsche Schuppan 962CR/LM, chassis number (962CR 06) 1 of only 6 cars ever built in the entire planet. Let’s start with the fact that the Schuppan 962CR was only produced from 1992-1994 and was built as a tribute to Australian racecar driver, Vern Schuppan’s 1983 24 Hours of Le Mans victory & his 1983 All Japan Sports Prototype Championship. Schuppan won both behind the wheel of a Group-C Porsche 956. The 962CR is based on the dominant Le Mans-winning Porsche 962 racecar which Schuppan raced and owned under his own racing team. Priced at $1.5m-$1.9m in the 1990’s, the Schuppan 962CR remains one of the most expensive vehicles ever sold as new to this day. Although the Porsche Schuppan 962CR is one of 6, this specific car features a unique body, unique motor and a few other elements that make it slightly different from all the others, making it more of a one-off than anything else. This specific 962CR features a water-cooled flat-6 2.65L engine. However, the cylinder heads are water-cooled and the cylinders themselves are air-cooled, making it a combination of both. The car produces around 550hp on low boost, and on high boost can produce up to 850hp. All of the other Schuppan Porsche 962CR cars can run on pump-fuel, however, this one in specific runs on C16 race fuel. Clearly, this is about as close as you can get to driving a race-car on the road, legally. That’s right this car is actually road-legal & it even comes equipped with turn signals and other needed features for road use. The 962CR uses a carbon fiber monocoque and weighs in at only about 2,300lbs. Fun fact: this car had only 1 mile on the odometer before the owner took it out with Jay Leno on his show Jay Leno's Garage!
1955 Alfa Romeo B.A.T. 9d
The last and final Berlina Aerodinamica Tecnica car made by Scaglione & Bertone, the 1955 Alfa Romeo B.A.T. 9d, chassis no. AR1900 01600. The B.A.T. 9d is interestingly the most “practical for road use” out of all of the B.A.T. cars, and it was designed that way. As popular as the previous B.A.T. cars were, they looked like nothing that could possibly ever head into mass-production. Thus, for Scaglione’s third interpretation of the B.A.T. car, the 9d was born, with the goal being to explore the possibilities of creating a more practical road-usable car. In order to do this, the fins were drastically reduced in size to improve rear visibility, the rear wheel skirts were eliminated, and most notably, a standard production-style triangular Giulietta grille was added, including the famed Milano crest, indicating this car was none other than an Alfa Romeo. The mechanics were once again taken from the Alfa Romeo 1900 as were the previous B.A.T. cars. Again being powered by the same 2.0L Cast Iron Inline-4 that produces around 115bhp with top speed above 100mph. B.A.T. 9d was less of an aerodynamic study like the previous Berlina Aerodinamica Tecnica cars & was more of an exploration into creating a useable road car.
1954 Alfa Romeo B.A.T. 7
After debuting the remarkable B.A.T. 5 concept at the 1953 Turin Auto Salon, Scaglione and Bertone came back in 1954 with even more effort and experimentation. Second to come of the three Alfa Romeo Berlina Aerodinamica Tecnica cars was the 1954 Alfa Romeo B.A.T. 7, chassis no. AR1900C 01485. Each B.A.T. car is vastly different with B.A.T. 7 being perhaps the most daring and different of the entire trio. Based on B.A.T. 5’s success the year before, Franco Scaglione was given the opportunity by Carrozzeria Bertone to create not only another B.A.T., but an even more extreme example than the year prior. That being said, the unprecedented aerodynamics of B.A.T. 5 became even more outlandish in B.A.T. 7. ‘BAT 7’ had a coefficient of drag of 0.19, even lower than the predecessor ‘BAT 5’. To put that into perspective, the Tesla Model S, and Toyota Prius, two cars very well known for their pristine efficiency, achieve a 0.24 coefficient of drag. Weight was reduced from 5 to 7 from around 2,400lbs to just 2,000lbs. Although each car was built upon an Alfa Romeo 1900 chassis, you can see they all took differentiation to an extreme. The very large curved tail-fins are most pronounced on BAT 7 although evident on all of the BAT cars. ‘BAT 7’ did officially make it’s public debut at the 1954 Turin Auto Salon, like ‘BAT 5’ did the year before, but with a bit of a twist. The work on ‘BAT 7’ took so long to that Scaglione & Bertone personally drove the car to the show themselves. The car was again powered by a 1975cc DOHC 115 horsepower engine, this time allowing for a 124mph top speed. BAT 7 was perhaps the most visually impressive & flamboyant of them all, finished in a bright Pale Blue Metallic.
1953 Alfa Romeo B.A.T. 5
The Berlina Aerodinamica Tecnica, or B.A.T. project began in the early 1950's when Giuseppe “Nuccio” Bertone’s carrozzeria, a design house and coachbuilder responsible for developing and constructing mostly hand-made one-off or limited production car bodies. Bertone ultimately was struggling facing a post-war recovery, and one-off commissions we're slowly becoming a less viable business model over time. That was until a man named Franco Scaglione, a then unknown designer, was hired in 1951. This began a journey that ultimately would lead both Bertone and Scaglione to be even further considered legends of the automotive industry. For Scaglione's first act with Bertone, the 1953 Alfa Romeo B.A.T. 5, chassis no. AR1900 01396 was born. The first car was called 'B.A.T. 5' because Scaglione worked through four full-size models before creating the actual metalwork for the 5th and final car. Once offically completed, B.A.T. 5 made it's debut at the Turin Auto Salon in May 1953. The car impressed even the casual observers and overall delivered excitment with its unprecedented design.-Speaking of the design, B.A.T. 5 and all the other B.A.T. cars are daringly different in many ways. B.A.T. 5 was designed both mathmatically & scientifically with one goal in mind: extreme aerodynamics. All three B.A.T. examples exhibit drag coefficient figures that would still land them in the top ten most aerodynamic cars on sale today. The B.A.T. 5 is powered by a 2.0L Cast Iron Inline-4 that produces 115bhp and allows for a top speed around 111.8mph.
2017 Audi R8 Spyder
This is an absolutely phenomenal 2017 Audi R8 V10 Spyder. This R8 is finished in ‘Ibis White’ over a black leather interior and is considered to be a ‘second generation’ model, also known as ‘type 4S’. The ‘second generation’ R8 was officially unveiled at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show numerous enhancements and upgrades in comparison to the first-gen (2006-2015) model. Some of the most notable changes for the second-gen R8 included Audi dropping both the entry-level V8 trim, and also there was no option for a manual transmission anymore. Another major change was the implementation of a rectangular rear end with rectangular exhaust tips as opposed to the first generation models rounded rear end, something we showed and talked about in the video. The second-gen R8 was released in multiple trims, including a ‘V10 plus’ which is essentially this car with some power enhancements. The standard 2017 V10 R8 Spyder is capable of 540hp from it’s 5.2L V10 engine. The plus model offers slightly more power with 610 total hp, but as we explained in the video, the standard model has more than enough power underneath the hood. The standard model is capable of a 0-60mph time of around 3.5 seconds with a top speed near 200mph. Although the R8 is essentially the same platform as the Lamborghini Huracan, there are many notable differences in order to make it extremely different and unique.
2011 Porsche 911 Carrera S
This is is the absolutely beautiful 2011 Porsche 911 Carrera S. This 911 Carrera S is finished in a very rare, hard to find, Platinum Silver Metallic over a black leather interior. This year Porsche 911 Carrera S is internally designated a 997.2 car, also called the 997 Gen II. The initial 997 revived a mid-cycle refresh in 2008 for the 2009 model year. The updated model was first ever shown at the 2008 Paris Auto Show. The 997 Porsches were absolutely phenomenal cars, but with the 997.2 (shown here) they became even better. With the update, the cars received a revised front bumper with larger air intakes, revised exterior mirrors, a redesigned Porsche Sports Exhaust (PSE), a revised suspension system and overall was more expensive than the previous 997 cars all across the board (Carrera, Carrera 4, Carrera S, and Carrera 4S). Power for the 2011 Porsche 911 Carrera S comes from a 3.8L flat-6 with around 340bhp at 6,500rpm. The 997.2 Carrera S can accelerate from 0-60mph in about 4.5 seconds with a top speed of around 188mph. A couple of unique touches for this specific car include the center console being painted to match the exterior color, 19” 911 Turbo II wheels, and much more!
1970 Plymouth Superbird
This is the hard-to-miss, Vitamin C Orange, 1970 Plymouth Superbird, and it’s quite possibly one of the best muscle cars of all time. Between the massive wing, the awesome ‘Road Runner’ character that’s shown throughout the interior and exterior of the car, and the overall performance and power, this is truly one of the best classic American muscle cars currently out on the road today. The 1970 Plymouth Superbird was essentially a short-lived, highly modified version of the original Plymouth Road Runner, and it came from the factory with one of the world’s largest factory wings, and well-known graphics printed throughout the car to make it clearly different from the stock Road Runners. Due to increasing emissions regulations at the time, the Super Bird was only produced in 1970, and only 1,920 total units were built. That number fluctuates between what source you read, however the most widely credited production number is 1,920 units. The Super Bird was designed and created specifically for NASCAR racing, and also as a way to lure former NASCAR driver Richard Petty back to the Plymouth brand for the 1970 racing season. Races were won and lost by Petty in the Super Bird, and now, Richard Petty’s famous Dinoco Blue Superbird now resides at the Richard Petty Museum, in Level Cross, North Carolina. The same “Dinoco Blue” is also shown in the movie CARS (2006), as Petty’s famous Superbird played a key character in the movie. Superbirds had three engine options: the 426 Hemi producing 425hp, the 440 Six barrel producing 390hp, and the 440 four barrel producing 375hp. Only 135 Superbirds in total were fitted with the 426 Hemi V8, making that engine the rarest of the the three. The 426 engine was used in competition and was homologated by producing the minimum number required. Sales did so poorly in 1970 for the Superbirds, that some were converted back to original Road Runners to move them off the lot.
2005 Ferrari FXX
This is the 2005 Ferrari FXX EVO. The Ferrari FXX is actually the car that kicked off Ferrari’s XX programme back in 2005. The XX programme offers special customers the opportunity to purchase ‘track-only’ variants of Ferrari’s most exclusive models through an invitational process. Not just anyone can be selected to own an XX car, in order to obtain one you had to be approached by the company itself. Since 2005, only three cars have been introduced into the XX programme: The FXX, the 599XX, and the FXX-K. The idea behind the XX programme was to offer clients an extremely track-ortiented variant of a Ferrari road car, and with that came exclusive events, your very own pit crew, and a full line of technicians every time you wanted to hit the track, all organized by Ferrari. Contrary to popular belief, the XX cars were never forcibly kept at the Ferrari HQ in Italy. Though most clients did take advantage of the convenience of having their cars handled by the company and delivered to tracks and events. Out of all the XX cars made (so far) the FXX is by far my all-time favorite. The FXX is based on the street-legal, flagship Ferrari Enzo. The FXX does share some mechanics as the standard Enzo, but overall, the XX variant received numerous significant modifications in order to make it much more extreme. With just 30 units built for the entire world, the FXX is one of the rarest Ferrari models, and cars in general of all time. This FXX is equipped with the ‘Evoluzione’ package, which was introduced in 2007 as an updated development to the mechanics and aerodynamics of the car in order to enhance performance event further.
2021 McLaren 720s LM
This special edition McLaren commemorates McLaren’s first victory at the 24 hours of Le Mans 25 years ago. This is the 1 of 50 in the world, 2021 McLaren 720S LM. Now if you’ve been following McLaren you’ll already know they just recently announced the McLaren Senna GTR LM, and they also have created other ‘LM’ spec cars in the past such as the McLaren F1 LM, and the standard McLaren Senna LM. The 720S LM will be a very hard car to miss if you ever see one because all 50 cars come equipped with five-spoke cast alloy LM wheels with Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires and a black roof scoop. Each car is also painted in either MSO Sarthe Grey or MSO McLaren Orange. Each cars VIN will start with 298-which is the number of laps the winning F1 GTR completed, this car being chassis number 298028. The 720S also features other design elements that differentiate it from the standard 720S such as carbon front fenders, gold brakes, and in typical MSO (McLaren Special Operations) fashion, clients can get a wide array of MSO parts added as well. Of the 50 total 720S LM cars being made, only 16 of those cars will head to Europe. Mechanically, the LM spec 720S is exactly the same to the standard 720S with a 4.0L twin-Turbo V8 producing 710bhp. That allows for both the 720S and 720S LM to accelerate from 0-60mph in just about 2.9 seconds. The 720S LM is also capable of top speeds around 212mph.
1929 Hudson Dual Cowl 4-Door Sport Phaeton
This is a 1929 Hudson Dual Cowl 4-Door Sport Phaeton (Series L). We’ve spent some time around Hudson cars on our channel previously when a couple months ago we spent time filming and reviewing the 1936 Hudson Mode 63. This car, however, is a bit more exclusive than the Hudson we covered months ago. This 1929 Sport Phaeton is one of just 7 cars left of the original 17 cars built for the world. The car itself is powered by a 6-cylinder engine that produces about 92 horsepower. When new, this Hudson would’ve costed around $1,500 or so, nowadays, this specific car has had history of selling for a near $150,000. The car itself is finished in with brilliant Orange and Yellow exterior paintwork, and features a ton of period accessories. Some of the accessories that are equipped are dual side mounted spares with canvas covers, a grille stone guard, Pilot-Ray pivoting driving lights, and much much more. The Series L Phaeton Sport (shown here) has a 139 inch wheelbase while the company's other model, the Series R, had a 122.5 inch platform. 1929 was a great year for Hudson as they produced no less than 300,000 cars that year, however, they were ultimately wounded by the Great Depression. Overall, a very rare car with a lot extensive history!
2011 Porsche 911 Speedster
This is the 2011 Porsche 911 Speedster. This car is easily the most rare, and collectible car we’ve ever driven for our “Drive & Review” series on our YouTube channel. Being just 1 of just 356 in the world, and 1 of just 100 for the US, driving the 2011 911 Speedster is exceptionally rare experience, and an opportunity we will never forget! Powered by a 3.8L flat-six engine that produces 408 horsepower, this car is capable of a 0-60mph time of just about 4.2 seconds. The performance is of course top of the line, however, this car wasn’t built for top speed records, and track numbers. The 911 Speedster pays tribute to the first ever Porsche to wear the Speedster badge, the 1954 Porsche 356 Speedster. The numerology behind the 356 unit production run is an homage to the 54’ 356 Speedster, giving this car even more historical value.
